Great location! Very nice home/neighborhood. Easy beach access with the golf cart. Home was clean, however the bedroom carpets need cleaning/ removed altogether. There was a drain snake right in front of the front porch door when we arrived. It stayed on the front porch all week. 4 of the 6 bikes need repair.

Great location as we could ride the golf cart through the neighborhood and ride bikes on the trail in the backyard to access Blue Mountain Beach easily. The golf cart was great getting to the pool due to hills but there is also a cut thru walking trail. It was so quiet at night my daughter turned on a sound machine. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen cooking dishes are lacking as well as any storage bowls. Bring soap, paper towels. Would definitely stay again.

We rented this house for our annual college friends girls’ trip to the beach and loved it! The space was perfect for the four of us. Having a golf cart included was an added bonus! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, as were the living areas. The kitchen was well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was one of the best homes we've stayed in. It had everything you would need and more! The home was super clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing that would have made it better was if the home were on the beach, but with the bikes and golf cart, getting there was no issue at all. It was nice to throw everything on the golf cart and take a short trip down the road. The neighborhood was really nice and far enough away from the crowds, but you can take the golf cart to Seaside if you want to be in the mix of it all. Just out the back door is a nature trail if you wish to walk or bike in the woods. So much to do and you can't beat the beach! Would love to come back sometime!

Great Family Vacay

The home was beautiful. It was a great fit for our family. Loved the pool, beach and relaxed atmosphere. The golf cart and bikes were a great addition! Would definitely stay there again!

My family and friends stayed at this property last week, Sat - Sat. 6 adults and 5 kids. For our annual beach trip. The 1st night I contacted the Host and informed them that the clothes dryer did not work. He said that he was aware of this and would offer complementary laundry. Tried to find out details so that we could get towels and laundry cleaned. Only response sent was is the dryer plugged in?? Contacted multiple times and the repair man came our last full day. As you can imagine with 6 adults and 5 kids going to the beach everyday, there was a lot of laundry. My wife washed the towels after the first full day there and put them on the porch to dry (only option) and the HOA put a sign on the door saying that if we were caught doing this again there would be a fine.This house is listed on VRBO as a 4BR 4 Full BA house. It is actually 4BR 3 1/2BA. With the number of individuals in the house this created a large issue when everyone came in from the beach and is trying to get ready to go to dinner.The house itself is a very nice house. It needs to be listed correctly on VRBO. The responsiveness from the host was very bad. There is no way to put a positive spin on that.

Wonderful Stay and short golf cart ride to the beach

10 min golf cart ride to the Beach and restaurants. Beautiful house with plenty rooms and great kitchen and bathrooms. We would stay here again.

It was just my husband and myself that stayed here. We booked last minute and got a great deal. The house was very clean. Plenty of towels. Rooms were a nice size. Beds were in good shape. This is a good location. The house backs up to a beautiful wooded area with a trail. The bikes were in good shape and the golf cart was perfect!! We took it to dinner and the beach with no problems. I’m not sure how this neighborhood will be during the busy summer months. The pool area was very nice and clean. The only big complaint I had was the kitchen and supplies. Definitely could use a few more things to cook in and utensils. Bring all your spices and condiments. Also, as mentioned in a few other posts. They do not have a tv in every bedroom. That did not bother us at all though. Plenty to see and do. I would stay here again but probably in the off season like this time.

Loved the property and location! The golf cart is a great addition for getting to restaurants and the beach! We loved the bikes as well! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely want to stay again!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay in this beautiful home in Blue Mountain Beach. There was plenty of room for a family of nine (the majority of which were adults). The community amenities were really nice and the use of the golf cart and bikes was great for our large family. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great Family House

Great Family Vacation Spot, Very clean with great amenities. Recently added extra parking spots, which was a huge value add for us as a large family! Highly recommend it for groups with kids as the kids loved the new bunk beads.

Great Beach Vacation

The property was just as advertised. Great house for the 6 people we had. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. Pool area was excellent. Having the bikes and golf cart made it easy to get to the beach. If you walk to the beach go out the back and take the hiking trail to the main road. Makes it an easy walk. Great place for multiple families. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Large Group Stay!

I really liked this stay a lot. We had everything we needed for a large group. It’s a little deceiving to say you’re a short walk to the beach. In my mind that is like 5 minutes but in reality it’s more of a 20-30 minute walk to the beach which I would not recommend if you have a lot of people and things to carry. We had to orchestrate the beach trip by using the golf cart and taking several trips. So, it was nice that was included bc otherwise it is too far. Other than that, the stay was perfect

Beautiful and Clean

With the array of options for the area of Santa Rosa, we were more than thankful to have lucked in to this property. The location was perfectly placed from the public beach access and local shopping and food selections. The golf cart and bikes were an added feature of the property that made getting around seamless. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness. It was by far the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed. The spaciousness was also perfect for our party of 11. The kitchen was fully supplied for us to cook each meal without having to bring anything from home. The beds were all VERY comfortable and the air conditioner worked as it should without any problems (something that seems to be on many reviews as not working in other properties). The outdoor grill area, with a table was a nice feature, as well as the front porch and upstairs balcony porch to watch sunsets. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Thanksgiving break

We had a great week in Florida and the house was clean and nice. Our main complaint was the TV situation. No television in the master bedroom downstairs and the in the main room the TV had a poor picture and difficult setup. It didn’t have HD, the picture color was bad(green tint) and channel selection was lacking. The dishwasher short circuited but my husband was able to fix it.

Our family had an excellent time staying in this home, and the neighborhood is lovely. The interior of the house was decorated nice and was very clean. Having the golf cart was really beneficial to get to the beach and drive to dinner. The pool area was also a great plus, and the kids enjoyed using it daily. Some areas for improvement include the following (1) only 4 of the 6 bikes worked. We notified the property management team and we don't think they were ever fixed. (2) The outside areas such as the deck, screened patio and grill area were dirty. We picked up some of the pop cans that were left, and then called to have the areas cleaned. The maintenance staff came and cleaned up the dead bugs, but didn't go the extra distance to wipe anything down, or clean off the picnic table and patio area. (3) Somewhat understandable, the property lacked some basic items that you would get even in a hotel room, such as coffee filters for the coffee pot, salt, pepper, and cheap trash bags that ripped etc. This is advertised as a high-end Overall the property management team was responsive and provided quick responses.

On arrival, the pantry was locked. we called what we thought were the owners, but it is a property management company, and even their emergency number nobody answers. We received a text back that the pantry was locked and only the owners had access to it. This is a problem if you’ve brought your own food to be able to cook throughout your stay. We also were promised a TV in the master bedroom during earlier communication, and upon arrival, there was no TV in the master bedroom. When we texted the property management team about this, we were told they made a mistake and there was no TV available. They did nothing to try to remedy their broken promise. The following day, we realize that neither Keurig machine, there are two available. One of the wall sockets did not work.We attempted again to call the emergency number to receive some help, but did not receive a text or phone call back. For the record, we never received a phone call during our entire stay regarding any of these concerns. We did receive text messages that they were overloaded and understaffed during spring break, which is not the fault of the renter and goes against the contract that states that assistance will be available at any time. We left an honest review on their property management site. We were not surprised when they subsequeaccused us of damaging a portion of their golf cart, that we did not sit on, and attempted to charge us 500 in damages. The reason for leaving this review is to warn other renters.

Disappointing and would request a partial refund

The property is clean and a 5-8 min golf cart ride to the e beach and restaurants. While the property it’s self was nice and clean there were several items that caused less than a decent stay. Our pool bands were missing, the house was extremely hot upon our arrival and took several hours to cool down, the dishwasher did not work not work, the pullout bed in the downstairs den didn’t work. The pullout bed was where one of our guest were supposed to sleep and caused us to have to book an additonal room. When we called the property manager she said someone would be by to fix the latch on the dishwasher and in the meantime they would drop off paper plates and utensils. No one came to fix the dishwasher and the price of the rental doesn’t match the accommodations we received because of the items listed above.
