Lovely!

Perfect view, very comfortable, SO MANY HOOKS for wet bathing suits and towels, which I SO appreciate, everything we needed for the beach. The turtle situation in the bay is truly incredible -- best snorkeling I've maybe ever done -- and the lanai is just wonderful.

Beautiful view, amazing location

We loved our stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The bay right behind the property had the best snorkeling, we saw so many sea turtles! There were great restaurants and cute shops all within a 10 minute drive. Would highly recommend staying here.

Easy access to snorkeling with dozens of turtles and the view of breaching whales from our unit was really amazing.

Relaxing

Loved the location. Amazing snorkeling, right out front, and the view was awesome. The place was very clean and well kept. We plan on a return visit.

Excellent service from KBM resorts. We managed to get early check in which was great. Also a broken toaster was quickly replaced. Property was spotless and well equipped. Highly recommended

Best place I’ve ever stayed hands down

This place is more than worth the price tag! Beautiful condo, EXTREMELY clean, well equipped we had beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards you name it. The view is absolutely stunning! We will be back!

Enjoyed our time there after the second day! Had to rate 4 stars because we did have an incident with an infestation of termites in the upstairs bedroom on the first night and since it’s an open area they were everywhere. Our family of three had to sleep in the one bedroom with twin beds. Overall it was a great place with breathtaking views!

Top notch condo and fabulous location

Great amenities and super clean condo. Shoutout to KBM for providing quick and responsive service whenever we had an issue. Once when the keypad number didn’t work upon checkin — that was quickly resolved in a 5min phone call. And the other was quickly delivering more towels and soaps when requested. The condo itself was super clean and well maintained, with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Bring your own condiments and cooking oils - they do provide salt and pepper and a small bag of ground coffee. The location was fantastic. We could see sea turtles from the lanai surfacing ever so often in the bay right in front. Snorkeling here was first class. Can’t really beat the ease of popping downstairs and going for a quick morning or afternoon snorkel. The nearby beach is also within walking distance (recommend using the road vs traversing through the beach path, which can be rather rocky), and the vibes there are impeccable. Given that it’s a smaller beach, go in the late afternoon when the crowds thin out a little. All in all, we had an amazing stay and I would recommend KBM anytime.

Great Accomodations and Spectacular View

We had a wonderful week at Napili Point! The view is spectacular; we spent many hours out on the lanai. The condo is well appointed - everything we needed was provided (chairs, body boards, cooler, umbrella, towels, sand toys). We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was well-equipped for what we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was easy to keep the condo cool (the sunshade on the patio in the late afternoon is much appreciated!) There is a surf shop next door where you can rent snorkel gear by the day or week. Snorkeling in the bay is a must! As other reviews mentioned, it is a bit tricky to get down there with the rocks, but it's manageable. If others are down there snorkeling, I've found they're often helpful in offering good points of entry and exit. We had an issue with the door code upon arrival but KBM resolved it with a quick phone call. The car rental is also a nice bonus - it was an easy process from a major car rental company. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Property

This Napili Point condo provided a wonderful way for us to spend a quick week on Maui... The setting was beautiful, and maybe we were just lucky because our week was nice and quiet and uncrowded... Snorkeling with the honus right in front was an unexpected treat, along with the easy walkability to Napili Bay Beach!

Very clean and well appointed!

Very clean and well appointed. The unit is only a short walk to both napili and kapalua beaches. The kitchen was very well equipped which made it easy to prepare meals. A great holiday apartment for a group of 4.

Napili condo

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely decorated with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. The walk to Napili Bay was a little longer than we thought it would be but not a huge deal. Property Manager was very attentive, too. Good pre and post checkin/out communications.

Property management was useless

After waiting 2 years for this trip, we were given the wrong door code and none of our issues were addressed. DO NOT rent from KBM. At the end, the cleaning person was outside the door for more than an hour passive aggressively waiting for us to check out.

Bliss at Napili Bay

We've stayed at several condos at Napili Point. This was by far the nicest and best stocked rental. Loves everything about it and can't wait to come back
