We had an amazing time at this unit. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook, bake and bbq. We will return to make more family memories on Maui. The host is very responsive.

Location was good and snorkeling right outside the condo was super cool! A bit of a walk either over some lava rocks, or along the street to get to the sandy beach. Unit was just as described/pictured, and a bonus to have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a soft cooler to use for road trips.

What a lovely experience! Our group didn't want to leave our perches on the balcony, It was a stay-at-home sightseeing experience to just watch turtles bob to the surface of the little bay in front of us. (Our party also rented an ocean POINT unit at Napili Point, with ocean waves providing the sightseeing, but this unit was voted by our group as having the better location of the two!)Well-equipped (that's an underatatement!), clean (just a couple of issues that aren't worth noting in this review) and worth returning to again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Napili Point. A well stocked kitchen, amazing views, and great updated bathrooms! We loved sitting on the lanai watching the whales and turtles and amazing sunsets!!

Kitchen was well equipped, but the dishes, glasses, wine glasses and cutlery were a mish-mash of 3 or 4 different sets – and not enough of any one item. The location, outlook, furnishings and upgraded bathrooms were terrific. Really enjoyed the lanai.

Fantastic location in walking distance to several restaurants, a beautiful beach and good snorkeling. You can watch sea turtles from the deck all day long! Comfortable bed and well stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you may want, including a coffee grinder!

Best BCN location

We loved our stay. The check in process was perfect and the location is the best in BCN. Nothing like sitting out on the balcony looking at Casa Batllo. We loved how central the apartment was and two elevators made it effortless. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing views and location on snorkeling cove but lacked cute and cozy! Updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Parking was convenient. I was disappointed with the overall feel of this condo for our 9 day stay. I was wanting a little bit of comfort to come back to after our days out. The back bedroom was dark. Brown curtain covered an old window, felt like a back cellar. No one wanted to sleep in that room. There are no window coverings on the big windows in LR, upper or lower levels if you wanted them for any reason. Loft area was our most comfortable place to hang out. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the ocean views just wanted more on the inside. Communication with Nick was good when needed. The pics in the listing aren’t wrong, just don't show all the missing details that in my opinion could have made this stay so much more inviting. Btw, we made friends with neighbors and two other condos we visited, same floor plan, were super cute with that warm and cozy feel I was wanting while being away from home. I rarely leave negative reviews, however, for the amount of money one spends per night for the right place to stay for their family for nine days I think it’s important to share the details in this case. For future renters, I hope Nick will improve the details on the inside to match the beauty of its setting.

Absolutely Fantastic

It was nice to have the space in the condo as well as the view of the water. This really should be called turtle bay. Very well taken care of property and would definitely stay here again.

Great turtle snorkeling

Saw 10x more turtles swimming right off the reef in front of the property than during a dedicated snorkel tour. Great location to just swim. Also, whales were out this time of year! Got to see them breach and swim about a mile or two offshore while eating breakfast on the lanai.

Spring break

The views from the condo were beautiful, excellent snorkeling right outside your door. Bathrooms were a little dated and could hear neighbors pretty easily, but overall the location was great, close to Ka’anapali beach and lots of restaurants. The views can’t be beat!

Gorgeous views

We stayed for 8 days at this amazing property. It is well maintained and has a fully equipped kitchen for any cooking you plan on doing. A/C units to keep the unit cool. Gorgeous views of the bay which we also snorkeled in. Just be careful upon entering the water, it can be difficult. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Condo was as described. Beautiful view! Nick was accommodating and let us check out late for 100. Due to our late flight. Floors were dirty and dirty dishes in the cabinets.

This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. All supplies were provided. The furniture was comfortable. Big smart tv. Good wifi. Bluetooth stereo. Responsive host.Just Great!

We loved the condo and Napili Point. So laid back and beautiful. The cove is absolutely magical. Best snorkeling ever. It’s a little difficult getting in and out but just take it slow. Will definitely stay here again. Mahalo! Pam

Turtles & rainbows

We loved the location and the access to that amazing bay with the turtles. We spotted them every day from the patio and while snorkeling. Our teenagers were impressed with the condo. Our only issue was a bed too firm, but some people like that. Walking distance from two amazing snorkeling bays. Paradise.

Outstanding Location and Accommodation

Comfortable place with outstanding views. I especially like listening to the ocean waves from the comfortable bed in the loft. Kitchen is handy for making meals (rice cooker is a great touch) and dining on the Lanai is fantastic. From there you can watch for whales (Nov-April) and the numerous sea turtles below in the cove. Watching surfers at Little Mac just across the cove is a bonus. Great access to Napili beach ( 3 min walk) and to snorkeling in the cove just below the condo. If you like to run as we do, the routes up thru Kapalua and along the shore are spectacular with a finish in the ocean. Love this spot and will come back.
