Juniper Cabin is located in the quiet neighborhood of Fox Farm. This Gambrel style Big Bear Cabin, with log siding is the epitome of a rustic setting for your getaway. The slopes and shopping are just a short drive away, the convenience of being centrally located is one of the many features Juniper Cabin has to offer.
Entering the home you will find yourself in the cozy kitchen area. With an inviting dining table with seating for four with additional seating at the breakfast bar area. The kitchen features modern appliances including a stainless steel fridge/freezer combo, gas range oven and a Keurig Coffee machine is provided.
Head over to the family room area, where you can cozy up on the sectional sofa and enjoy a warm fire in the wood burning fireplace. Watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV. For even more entertainment you can play a friendly game of pool on the pool table, or head out to the porch and grill on the charcoal grill. Just down the hall from the family room area is a full bath.
Head upstairs where you will find an additional full bath and three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a flat screen TV and patio access. The second bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV and patio access and the third also offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and patio access. With the way these homes are built, during warmer months, you can open windows and patio doors to create a great cross breeze. In the colder months, the heat from the downstairs area provides enough heat for the upstairs area as well as the home having central heat. The backyard area is fully fenced and has enough room for outdoor activities. Enjoy the fresh air and all this cabin has to offer.
Note: Pets are not allowed on furniture including couches and beds. Owners are responsible for bringing their own pet beds/crates. Dog hair should not be found on any furniture and make incur additional cleaning charges if dog hair is present upon departure.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
