Hi Pamela! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations and apologize for the issues you experienced with the bedding, lighting, and the trash left outside prior to your arrival. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review. We would like to clarify that the home is not advertised as having central heating, and space heaters are provided for supplemental warmth. Please note that running multiple space heaters at the same time can cause the breaker to trip. We do appreciate you noting the easy check-in/out process and our team’s responsiveness. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Hi, Scott! Thank you so much for your time and feedback. The pictures do show the outdoor fireplace covered. Also, yes the hot tub is only permitted by the city for owner use only.
