Great place, great rental company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is exactly as described; it’s clean and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked, and the location is really convenient to the beach and restaurants. The crew at Pensacola Beach Rentals is top notch: we had a couple of requests that required extra attention, and they were there and addressing our concerns in no time and with a smile. They’re really oriented to making your vacation perfect.

This home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our week's stay. The short walk to the beach was wonderful and the home was walkable to restaurants and local shopping/entertainment. The beds were very comfortable and the home was outfitted so nicely with kitchen items, towels, and comfortable furnishings. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was very nice, and the host was polite and quick to help us send a maintenance man when we had issues with two of the doors. It could use more towels and wash-cloths; there are barely enough for each person to have one, so we had to buy some. The one ground level room and stairs are very musty smelling because of the humidity and carpeted stairs there. They do have a dehumidifier running all the time, but it’s not the nicest room to sleep in for the guests down there.

Beautiful home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As great as the house was (exactly or better than advertised), I'll use this opportunity to tout the team at Pensacola Beach Rentals, Inc. They made everything so easy which is a relief considering that's what you're on vacation to find. After checkout and after we all left, someone in our group left an item and the staff drove right over to look for it. They go above and beyond. Thanks all

Beautiful home excellent location, needs minor updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice but I felt there were definitely some things that need to be updated for the price point charged. The property management company was quick to fix what they could. The living room furniture needs to be updated as it is aged and not supportive. Some of the deck furniture is also damaged or rotted.

Overall a very nice, well maintained property. While traffic on Via De Luna can be noisy during the day while sitting on the balcony, the inside is well insulated from all but the noisiest of vehicles. Access to the beach is very good and within a 5 minute walk from the property.
