Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We love hearing that everyone had such a great time together and enjoyed the pool area. This really is such a great home for a big extended family, especially with that covered area by the pool. Having the bar, TV, and plenty of seating gives everyone a place to gather, relax, and just enjoy being together. It sounds like your family made some wonderful memories, and we’d love to welcome you all back again! Paradise Beach Homes

6/10 Okay

We were extremely disappointed with this property, especially considering the premium price we paid. For what we spent, we expected a clean, well-maintained, and updated home. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The house was not clean upon arrival and appeared to be run down and poorly maintained. There were drainage issues in multiple bathrooms, and several bedrooms had a musty odor that raised concerns about possible mold. There also appeared to be mold in the outdoor storage area. The outdoor areas were in poor condition. The pool water level was noticeably low, the pool was dirty, and the decks and downstairs areas had an excessive number of roaches. Ashtrays were still full from previous guests, and the outdoor bathroom was filled with mosquitoes, making it unpleasant to use. There were several maintenance issues throughout the home as well. The master shower had such intense water pressure that it felt like being pressure washed. A toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall, and the refrigerator was not working properly, causing a significant amount of our food to spoil. To make matters worse, we found empty condom boxes and trash underneath one of the beds, which made it clear the home had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.Overall, this property did not come close to the standard we expected for the price we paid. It needs a thorough deep cleaning, significant maintenance, and updates throughout. We hope the owners address these issues so

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. During your stay, our team responded to the concerns that were brought to our attention right away and worked to address them as quickly as possible. This home has consistently received excellent feedback from previous guests, so the number of maintenance concerns reported during your stay was certainly unexpected. We have shared your comments with the homeowner and are reviewing each item very carefully to ensure the home continues to meet the high standards our company and our guests expect. Thank you for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
