Fantastic house in a prime location on St Simons Island. Beautiful large house perfect for our multi-generation family vacation. The pool and screened-in patio were great hang out spots. Beds were soft and very comfortable. The hosts quickly responded to questions we had. The restaurants and shops and pier were super close by. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was more than we imagined. It was fantastic for the family to relax and enjoy the surroundings of St Simons. The pool and screened in back patio were amazing. And best of all we were so close to the pickleball courts and the pier shopping/food area. We would definitely rent it again.

We all had a fabulous stay at Sunshine Magnolia. The home is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the home is located close to "downtown" St. Simon. There are little league baseball fields with a large playground right in the backyard! Would highly recommend this home and thank you for hosting us!

Pool was smaller than I expected. That being said the heated pool was enjoyed every day of our vacation. Kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking. Lilmar properties was a great host. Easy communication.

Great family getaway destination and house!

We LOVE SSI for our family vacations. This was our first time staying near the village and it was a lot of fun for the kids to be able to walk to all that it has to offer- shops, pier, playground.

Home away from home on St Simons Island!

Location, location, location....tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, minutes walk to the village, restaurants, shopping and to the pier.

Wonderful Accomadations

The house was perfectly set up for our family a whole other wing upstairs for my daughter with 4 kids great location near town would highly recomend it to anyone visiting St Simon

Great location and property!

Great house close to the pier, shops, and restaurants

This house is in an ideal location if you like to be close to shops, restaurants, and things to do. We walked to the pier, the lighthouse, and the nearby park several times. The house itself is great and the stay was very comfortable.

We're very pleased with the location to the Pier village shops and restaurants.

The house is very comfortable the bedrooms are good size especially the master is large with a wonderful master bath. The pool was great. Beautiful backyard.

Family Getaway

We love , love, loved this house - the location, heated pool and general layout was perfect for a family vacation. The outdoor space has lots of shade, a screened porch, and ample seating. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We highly recommend!

Amazing Location and Home

Not only was this place was in an amazing location but it also was a clean and beautiful home. We were walking distance from downtown. This was our first time using Vrbo and it was so easy.
