Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Gatherings and special events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted. Student groups for Spring Break and Graduations are not allowed, even with parental guidance.

Inside, you'll find four bedrooms and three full baths with plenty of space for families and groups to spread out. The first floor comfortably accommodates up to six guests and includes three bedrooms. One features a queen bed with an en-suite bath, another offers a king bed conveniently located near the hall bath, and the third is a flexible room that works well for remote work and includes a trundle bed. Upstairs, the roomy loft known as the “Bunk Room” is a favorite for kids and adults alike, with its own full bath, two full-size beds, a built-in twin bed, and a lounge and TV area perfect for downtime after a day in the sun. There is also a second cozy room upstairs with two bunk beds, creating an extra sleeping nook that's great for younger guests.
The home is well-appointed and designed for easy island living, with an updated kitchen featuring a large center island, a coffee bar for slow mornings, and a comfortable spot to relax and watch TV. There's also a laundry room to keep beach towels and swimsuits under control, along with a dining room that's ready for group meals and a comfortable living room for movie nights and conversation. Out front, the rocking chair porch is a perfect place to start the day with coffee or wind down in the evening with a sea breeze.
Out back, you'll find ample parking and a welcoming outdoor setup with a roomy porch, a bike rack for exploring the island on two wheels, a small seating area, and a charcoal grill for casual cookouts. After spending the day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot water—a must-have for sandy toes and salty hair.
Harbor Light at the Beach is also conveniently located near several island specialty shops and restaurants, as well as the Historic Coast Guard Station, which now houses the island's WWII exhibit and offers a glimpse into St. Simons' coastal and maritime history.
