This spacious single-level condo, located on the 3rd floor of the gated community of Sugar Dunes, offers a tranquil beach experience with only 24 units in the community. Prepare to be captivated by the exceptional views of the Gulf of Mexico from the oversized balcony.
Step inside this beautifully decorated condo to find a generous living area, a dining table for six guests (with additional seating for four at the counter), and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample space to move around. The master suite features a king bed and a master bath with a large shower, dual vanities, and a soaking tub. The remaining bedrooms each offer a queen bed, with one of them also providing a twin bed, and both have private baths. Laundry is made easy with a full-size washer and dryer.
