This modern ocean bluff, air-conditioned condominium offers magnificent vistas of the Pacific Ocean and coastline. Enjoy the ever-changing views of the ocean that can be viewed throughout, including the living room, atrium, primary bedroom, gourmet kitchen and huge lanai overlooking world famous Mt. Makana, also known as Bali Hai, where the sunsets will put you in awe.

This spacious condo includes a remarkable gourmet kitchen complete with huge island for fun cooking. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality linens, pillows and bed coverings. Throughout there is exquisite lighting, beautiful artwork, large flat screen HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking and private access.

The property also offers a tennis/pickleball court and swimming pool with expansive ocean views from the pool deck. If you prefer a round of golf, the Robert Trent Jones 27-hole Makai course is within walking distance or a short drive.

Next door is the newly renovated 1 Hotel at Hanalei Bay which offers world-class restaurants, a coffee bar, shopping and similar remarkable ocean views and sunsets. Nearby are walking and jog paths, restaurants, shopping, a variety of sandy beaches and hiking trails. This is your complete tropical hideaway vacation! You will love this home-away-from-home in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai!

*Nearby neighbors are currently renovating their property which may result in occasional construction noise during daytime hours (usually between 8:30 – 5:00). Work is scheduled to be complete June 2024.

*This home is air conditioned. Should mechanical or other failure occur, it will be repaired as quickly as possible considering labor and product availability constraints.

*All units at Puu Poa have stairs access and may not be ideal for anyone with difficulty on stairs. This unit 210 has only a half flight of stairs for easy access.

*Although this home has reliable internet, the speed and regularity cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

Enjoyable stay with beautiful views!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I found out at the last minute that I needed to fly to Kauai for a business matter and Oceanfront Realty International was able to provide me with beautiful accomodations in Princeville that had phenomenal ocean views and everything that I could've asked for considering my last minute need. I would definitely use Oceanfront Realty for any future bookings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property has a spectacular view and was very comfortable. Two issues: 1) the beach chairs have rotted from being stored outside on the balcony. 2) The TV stations accessible are terrible; no local TV, no access to cable stations. The access was to hundreds of one subject station cable stations. The old adage works here "hundreds of stations, nothing on".

Plenty of places to eat nearby if you have a car. The condo itself was perfect and quiet. The property needs major major updates. Very dated. Lots of construction going on.

The good and the bad
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was recommended by a friend who has stayed there a number of times, so we signed-up without reservation. We picked out the one we wanted and then were unexpectedly moved out of that one into another which was being renovated and had construction junk and dirt outside the front door, as well as being pretty dated. Nobody told us that part or we probably would have chosen a different location. The roof windows leaked when it rained causing water puddles on the tile floor, the wifi wasn't hooked up initially, and we didn't receive a pool key, making for a bit of a rough start. A couch was rented for our use, and it was filthy and smelled like wet dog hair. The management had covered it with our beach towels to hide the stains and smell. Jaymi was great and fixed as many things as she could. They did refund one night's rent in response. We definitely had been downgraded from our initial choice 'at no additional expense' to us. This is not an inexpensive property and we were disappointed with those aspects of our stay. I recommend making sure you really know what you're getting before committing.Would recommend the property with caution.
