Everything was great! Exactly like the listing! Exceptional communication with the owners! The only downside was the inability to use the balcony but it did not deter us from having a fantastic time which was communicated to us beforehand!! Highly recommended!! We’re ready for another stay!!

Great property and overall experience!

We come to the Seagrove area every year and this condo definitely was a great place to stay. It had a great head-on view of the water and pools and was very spacious and clean. We would definitely choose to stay here again given the opportunity.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 4. jun. 2020
Once again, we confirm our lead message "One of the top 10 views at Dunes of Seagrove." And the "clean" comment is becoming more frequent because our agency does a "supervisor only" inspection before each guest arrives.

A nice relaxing retreat!

When we take trips to 30a our main objective is to spend the most time at the beach and this location made that super easy. The condo was nice and clean. The checkin/ checkout was super easy. It was definitely one of our favorite stays in Santa Rosa Beach! We will be back!

Great vacation

This was a great condo. I’ve been coming to the 30a area for 30 years. This was a great location that was quiet but close to everything. It is off the main road enough to have little traffic and plenty of peace and quiet. The property is on the beach and has a great pool. Would definitely stay again.

Always nice to know that our location was what the guests were looking for. We're close to the restaurants, state park and all the action of Seaside and Rosemary, but tucked away in a private, cozy spot on 30-A. Future guests will enjoy upgrades coming in March -- new flat screen TVs, outdoor cushions and a full-condo paint job!

Great Long Weekend

This condo was great for our three kids and us. The view is awesome and the pool and beach are easy to access. The condo itself could use a few updates and an overall deep clean but it definitely worked for the 4 days we were there.

It is always reassuring to know that our representation of the condo is accurate and that it meets or exceeds travelers' expectations. Also, in this case, another shout-out for a major VRBO advantage - dealing directly with the owner. Thanks for your comments. Pat

Planning our next trip already!

We had a great time in this condo! The weather was great and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the beautiful veranda with a view of the beach each morning. The condo is clean, well kept and has everything you need in the kitchen. The location is close enough to the "action" of nearby Destin and Panama City and just far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the beach. A true total package. Pat was wonderful to deal with and the entire process went smoothly. We will be back and cannot wait to book this gem again!

Don't you just love a vacation story with a happy ending! We're glad that 205C Dunes of Seagrove delivered again on our primary messages: CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND WELL-LOCATED. And another shoot-out for booking with VRBO - you get to deal directly with the owner. Thanks, guests for your input - see you next time!

June beach vacation

Overall great experience. Probably the cleanest condo we've EVER rented. A few things I'll mention. Internet was good but if you want live TV make sure you bring your own streaming service, like youtubetv, Hulu.... Roads to restaurants, shopping and grocery store are extremely congested with golfcarts and slow posted speeds clogging up traffic, at least for month of June. May not be an issue for you but for ol country boy traffic congestion was aggravating. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful beach location for your family, that's safe to let your teen girls run around on, I believe this is your place
