Surf Dweller 704 is professionally managed by Vacasa. This beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on the 7th-floor of this complex. The views from the 30-foot private balcony are spectacular. This unit is perfect for relaxing and viewing the early morning dolphins or the amazing sunsets. The owners of this condo are very particular about style and comfort and they have managed to combine the two successfully. The large master bedroom has an oversized King bed, flat screen TV/ DVD player and ceiling fan with a walk in shower in the master bathroom. The large guest bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, flat screen TV/DVD player, and ceiling fan. There is also a computer station. There is a full-size bathroom for guest. The unit has a rollway to allow sleeping for 7. The living space is huge and decked with comfortable luxury with a large Flat screen TV, DVD and CD players, wireless Internet access and free long distance calling. There is seating for 8 in the dining area with the bar stools looking through to the upgraded kitchen that has everything you could need to entertain or just have an intimate meal. This condominium is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans in the bedrooms/living room and all linens and towels are provided for your convenience. This is a non-smoking and no pets unit. This condo is located on Okaloosa Island which connects Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida with bridges at each end.

I'm plus size and the balcony furniture was uncomfortable for me. Some i could not fit. Others left welp marks in my legs. Other than that, everything was amazing!!!

Don't expect much at this property

It was a nice place however the common amenities its promises are inaccurate. There was 1 roll of tp and 1 trash bag, the place smelt of old wet soggy towels. The bed linens were slightly stained up and the bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash they provide were empty. It's a decent spot to lay your head at and enjoy the views from the balcony but thats it.

Nice Place with a great view.

Fantastic view. The only issue was the A/C unit. Must have been linking for some time when we arrived. Smelled of mustiness that we thought was a result of the condo being closed up. We discovered pooled water in the utility closet where the A/C unit was located. Cleaning supplies were also in the closet. The leak had been ignored by someone. We called and the leak was fixed later the next day.

The deck has it all

Property is as pictured. The best part is the deck overlooking the ocean. Plenty of chairs and there isn’t a better place for morning coffee, lunch or an evening glass of wine. Kitchen is well equipped. 2 beach chairs-no umbrella or beach towels though. Spacious living space. Master bed was a little uncomfortable for us as it has a think, soft unevenly worn pad. We really enjoyed this space.

Gorgeous

Nothing disappointed on the trip. Loved it and would stay again. I know for next time to bring a coffee pot! Bathroom could of been cleaned a bit better but in the overall scheme of things…who cares. Loved it and we all really enjoyed ourselves. :-)

Beautiful views and clean unit

Enjoyed a girls trip with 3 generations, we loved the balcony for morning coffee and ease of beach access. Condo was clean upon arrival and pictures were accurate online

Amazing View, Quiet Location...But

The outside balcony is the best feature of this home. With sliding doors opening onto the balcony from the master bedroom and the living room it makes for a very relaxing stay. There was unobstructed sunshine since this unit is on the top floor of the building. However, it wasn't uncomfortable because the entire balcony wasn't in the bright sun, it was nicely shaded. The high top table and swivel chairs on the balcony made coffee in the morning an excellent way to start the day. The home has some very nice features, updated large kitchen, updated furniture in the living room, high end washer and dryer, and nice beach chairs. There were several things that resulted in the 3 star rating however. The master bathroom hardly had any water pressure, making getting ready taking longer than necessary. The water pressure issue appeared to only be in the master bathroom. The furnishings in the home other than the living room sofa and end tables, a couple bar stools, and some furniture on the balcony and secondary bedroom were dated. This wasn't obvious from the pictures of the home. For the price of the unit the linens were extremely disappointing, as was the king mattress and pillows on the king bed. There were only bath tissue and paper towels, some dish soap , a hair dryer and kitchen dish towels as conveniences. Again for the price of the unit small things like items easily missed at the grocery store or even just because would be welcoming to guests. But, I will likely never stay at a vacasa property again. The home was rented for my wedding, as a place for me and my family to gather, me to relax a couple days prior to my wedding, and for a beautiful setting to get ready. Along with a place for me and my now husband to chill out on the beach for the weekend. However, I checked in Wednesday and was greeted with a sign on the door about pest control needing access to the home the following day, with only a time indicator of 1 p.m. The morning of my wedding I received an email at 8:46 a.m. stating that the water in the until complex would be shut off between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nothing was communicated prior to this, nothing was stated in the description about any of this taking place when the reservation was made. Myself, my entire bridal party and the vendors needed to be re routed elsewhere immediately in order to get ready for my wedding. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone at Vacasa, after having to first contact everyone for my wedding, I asked if the water was for sure going to be turned off. It was 10:46 and the water wasn't off yet. I was told that they must not have turned it off yet but yes it would be off until 2 p.m. possibly. I questioned that, since the email clearly stated the water would be shut off. I finally found the number on my own for the property management company and spoke to someone there. This was about 11:15 am, I was told that the email to Vacasa said that the water may need to be shut off, not that it would be shut off. The property manager asked the unit I was in an then let me know that the water would not be shut off and that the repair company ended up not needing to turn any water off in the complex. None of this was ever communicated by Vacasa to me either my phone, email, or otherwise. At that point everyone had already been rerouted, and this soon to be Bride's morning was more stressful then it ever needed to be. Along with being 1 million percent inconvenienced.

Family Vacation

The Condo was really nice and the view from the balcony was priceless. Most comfortable bed we have ever had while staying some where. Kitchen is very well stocked to make some amazing meals. We ate all of our meals on the balcony. Decorated nice and our family of 6 had a blast. We will be returning to this unit.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and as pictured. Not far from Destin for those nights you want to get out for dinner. We definitely recommend this condo!

Great condo

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo & hopefully it won’t be the last. It’s beautifully decorated & could not be more comfortable. It’s the best stocked kitchen for a condo that I’ve ever seen. The large balcony is wonderful. The patio furniture is bistro height which is perfect for seeing over the balcony rail.
