This beautiful, fourth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, lovely decorated, beach inspired vacation rental include an upgraded kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The kitchen also has had upgraded cabinets, light fixtures, and countertops. Both bathrooms have been upgraded. The living room has a TV, DVD, and VCR. The primary bedroom and a guest bedroom both have TVs with DVD players.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Long Beach weekend

Could not have had a better experience! Unit was neat, clean, and nicely appointed. We didn’t need anything that wasn’t provided. Had to call maintenance for a small issue upon arrival and they were prompt and courteous. We would definitely use this unit again!

We enjoyed our stayed in this condo! It had everything we needed! The condo was very clean! We didn't realize we had a washer/dryer unit in the condo.... Very happy about that! The pool was wonderful and beach was very nice! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect fall getaway!

The view was gorgeous! The staff were all friendly & did a fabulous job maintaining the property. The beach was clean & water was crystal clear! The condo was well equipped & comfortable. We loved that it was right on the ocean ! We also liked that we had our own beach umbrella & chairs each day!

Convenient Location & Beautiful Views

The condo was clean and the Vacasa staff was wonderful about addressing the very minor inconveniences we did experience. The kitchen was well supplied and the washer and dryer in the unit made washing provided towels convenient. There is a fan available for the master bedroom but I would recommend bringing a fan for the guest room. Beach chairs and umbrella were included. Overall a wonderful stay. We will be back.

The room also had a foul odor, it was mildew but smelled of rotting flesh. In the master bathroom, there was a clog in the pipes. Maintenance came to this room 2x. I wasn’t offered a refund or even a partial refund. The best thing about this room is the beach and pool views. I would avoid this room until renovations are made.

Great Vacation

The good: 1 - Location, location, location! Absolutely beautiful! 2 - Great complex. Very clean and well kept. Easy beach access and gated. 3 - Very comfortable master bed. Well equipped kitchen. Nice size. 4 - Maybe a minor thing, but it does not have a glass dining table, which every condo seems to have. Much easier to keep clean. 5 - Beach service through the end of November. Most other condos end at the end of October. Not so good: 1 - While most everything was in good shape, the bathrooms need a little work. The commodes were older and very short and the caulking was stained around the tub. 2 - Two lamps did not work. The main tv remote did not work. 3 - No ceiling fans. All that being said, we had a great time and would not hesitate to rent this condo again. We were also impressed by the attentiveness of Vacasa.

Wonderful place to stay.

This condo is in excellent proximity to the beach. Okaloosa Island is slower paced than the Destin and 30A areas. This particular unit could stand a little upgrade, especially in the kitchen. The unit was very clean and pleasant. We will likely chose this unit again. We have been coming to this area for 53 years and still can’t get enough of the beach.

Lovely Condo

We really liked this condo. Plenty of space and very clean. LOVED that there is a Keurig in this unit. Aesthetically speaking, the ceiling in the master bath could be fixed as it’s peeling a bit. All in all, a very nice place to stay while on vacation!

Excellent choice!

This condo was clean, large, and well supplied. We felt safe and it was conveniently located with an amazing view. Vacasa called to check on us which was a pleasant surprise and the beach boy was such fun. We would only have personal preference reasons for not choosing this place again.

Good Stay

Pros: It has an indoor upper lock which is so needed for curious children. Clean, clean, clean Kitchen was well stocked, but be sure to bring coffee filters and spare toiletries. Beautiful beach view and a great pool view Plenty of fresh white clean towels Roomy enough for our family of 5 Washer and dryer in unit although it's half size, it was still suitable for our stay. There was extra linens The walk to the beach was short The beach access was easy and the beach nice and clean. Chairs and umbrellas were there as described but are first come first serve. Cons: but not deal breakers. The master shower head could use a little update. Poor water flow and it appears older. The master bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains. I didn't get hardly any sleep because of all the light that came through at night. There's some mold growing around the guest bedroom window. There was underwear left behind from a previous tenant, however once I made the owner aware they sent cleaning over to remove them promptly. Overall, we would stay here again. The worst thing was not being able to sleep from so much light that came through the windows at night.

January on the Island

Island Echos 4J provides a beautiful view of the Gulf. IE is a safe, gated resort that is very clean. The condo is clean, well supplied in the kitchen, and all appliances worked well. The furniture is stylish and comfortable and beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Island Echos 4J

Condo was perfect. It was well stocked with everything you would need. It was nicely decorated. It was clean. It was quiet. We were directly above the pool and could not hear the people in the pool with the patio door closed. The patio had table and chairs that were sturdy and comfortable. It had a small washer/dryer combination so we didn't have to use the common laundry area. We would absolutely book this again.
