This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living area and main bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I feel bad for the owners of this condo

We were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, there was obvious fresh blood all over the tile, rugs, and couch, with a large trail from the master bedroom door to the bathroom. We honestly worried some one from the cleaning company had been hurt in the condo. There was also mold on the secondary bathroom ceiling. These were issues that the local team obviously saw and should’ve been addressed before we checked in.When I reported the blood, I was offered “compensation” but I specifically requested cleaning instead, due to health concerns with bloodborne pathogens, but no one was sent out the entire week we were there even after my daily request. In fact the local team never once reached out to me. Strangely, I received email offering to send someone out at 4:30 PM on a Friday….the 4th of July holiday, right before we checked out, which was too late to be of any help. Obviously the rental company never planned to address this during our stay. If they were not going to address these serious health and cleanliness issues, they could have at least offered to move us to a comparable condo so we did not have to stay in these conditions. The lack of follow-through and accountability made for an uncomfortable and frustrating stay. I genuinely feel sorry for the owners, as Vacasa is ruining their beautiful condo and their reputation by failing to properly clean, maintain, and care for the property. I would love to share my full experience with the owner.

Not to mention we were traveling with an infant that we worried about coming in contact with these health concerns… thankfully he’s not crawling yet. I genuinely feel sorry for the owners, as Vacasa is ruining their beautiful condo and their reputation by failing to properly clean, maintain, and care for the property. While the location itself was perfect, the overall cleanliness and responsiveness did not meet expectations. We would not recommend staying here unless management proves they can address health and maintenance concerns promptly and take care of the property and guests as they should. I would love for the owners to see the pictures I have.

We enjoyed our stay at La Playa 1102. The condo was very roomy and very clean. The place has everything you would want for a great vacation. The area is not as crowded as Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. We highly recommend this place.

One of the best units we have ever stayed in.

The unit is large, well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils needed. The Wifi is strong and the TV has cable and several streaming services available. The balcony was nicely furnished with table, chairs and loungers. The view of the beach is excellent and you are able to see the sunrise.

Girls Beach Trip

The complex is very well-maintained. The unit itself was fabulous. The wall of windows is the largest I’ve ever seen at the beach and the balcony was gigantic having three beds three baths plus a powder room highly recommend this unit will stay again.

Gorgeous view!

Loved the clean, spacious rooms, open living space, updated appliances, comfy furniture, the incredible view of the water, daily dolphin sightings and being on an eye level with the pelicans. Was magical!

BFF TRIP

Great place to stay. EVERYONE had a great time. I just hate that left my rolling pin my Daddy made for me and my biscuit cutter. I would be so upset but I lost him last year. I called the d ray after we left and spoke to someone one in the call center and was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours but as of today 8/30/23 I’ve heard from no one but it doesn’t surprise me at all.

Absolutely beautiful location and well-kept property.

Breathtaking views, very well-kept property and beautiful clean private beach makes this one of the best stays we've had at the Gulf. Also, being so close to the Naval Museum gave us an opportunity to attend the mind-blowing Blue Angels practice. We can't wait to go back!

Condo is nice with great view.Kitchen utensils need replenishing.Outside patio furniture is not appropriate.Chairs and table sit too high especially with low railings.When we arrived,although the uniit was supposed to be clean,it was not.Used soap bars in bathrooms,urine on toilet seat,dishes not clean and floors needed mopping.I called Vacasa to complain and the cleaning crewfinally made it out 36 hours later to reclean.I would rent the condo again but vacasa needs to do sa better job of inspecting units before rental.

Perfect vacation!

My daughter-in-law found La Playa 1102 online. It was all that we expected and more. Easy online reservations. Condo manager called the first day to see if we needed anything. The toilet in the half bath wouldn’t flush and maintenance was there within two hours. It’s a great place to spend a vacation!

Amazing stay, perfect location

Comfortable beds, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy for 6 people. The view is breathtaking. Kitchen well stocked with pots, dishes, etc. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to experience it again!
