Privat paradis beliggende på private blindveje med privat strandpromenade til stranden - kun 50 meter fra hoveddøren. Rigelig parkering under dette 3 etagers hjem gør det fantastisk til familiesammenkomster eller store fest sammenkomster. Eller du kan leje en side til mindre fester fra seks til ti. Boligerne deler en tilstødende dør på 2. sal for nemheds skyld, når de lejes sammen.

Det PERFEKTE STRANDHUS FOR VENNER OG FAMILIER til at nyde deres eget rum, men alligevel være sammen ... Hver side har et kingsize-soveværelse med privat bad, en konge og et dronning-soveværelse, hver med komplet bad, og en undersøgelse med en dronning sovesofa, samt et skrivebord klar til din bærbare computer.

Derudover har Sunrise og Sunset begge dobbeltværelser med køjesenge med tv, hvilket er en stor gemme for børnene. Poolside byder på et andet bad og omklædningsområde med udendørs varmt / koldt brusebad. Strandagtig stil afspejles i det indre med specielle detaljer i dødt hoved cypresstrim for at tilføje den gamle / nye charme.

Ejet af søstre, der tilbragte somre på stranden, byggede vi tvillinghuse, der fejrer venner og familie. Lej den ene side eller begge dele.

Great family getaway

Everyone enjoyed the easy beach access. Having 2 kitchens was a game changer for a big group!

Family Vacation

Beach is beautiful, access to beach was good. Neighbors to the left when looking at the water had a section of beach marked as private. Part of the boundaries include where the Sunrise/Sunset boardwalk lands on the sand so we had to move to the right when getting on the beach, so it ended up being a little crowded with adjacent neighbors. Neighbors were very strict about the private beach area. House was a nice setup and easy to get in and out of. Not very clean overall and outdated in certain areas. AC on the 2nd floor was out so our first night we could not use this space (AC was fixed the next day). Location and nearby towns were great, lots to do and see.

Wonderful location!

This is the perfect house for a large group without breaking the bank! Very roomy. House was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to gorgeous beach!

Family Spring Break

Excellent location for beach, eating out and shopping. Loved that teenagers and adults could have separate spaces but also combined for supervision and shared eating experiences. The access to the beach was super easy and convenient. Loved the pool as well. Well stocked kitchens. Would stay here again!

Amazing family trip

Everything was wonderful, and the house was exactly as described. The water/beach was gorgeous, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the property manager was super responsive. Beach access was right across the street and next to a private beach so not overcrowded. So many wonderful memories were made. We would definitely stay here again

Best Location

Our stay at Sunrise/Sunset was great. The houses were older but clean and comfortable. The beach access was very close and private. There are stairs at the end of the boardwalk. The pool was a good size for our ten grandchildren. We recommend this property.

Second year was as good as the first!

We had a house full of family and everyone had a great time. We enjoyed this property so much Last year we had to book it again this year. This is the best property at this price range I've been able to find when you consider the proximity to the beach, the proximity to seaside, and the amount of space available inside of the house.

Wonderful Stay!

We had the best time staying at HMS Sunrise & Sunset. The check-in process was very easy and Lanier was very responsive. The house was clean upon arrival, with the exception of a few dead cockroaches lying around the front door when we arrived - Didn’t put it against the housekeepers or the owners since it did rain the night prior and it was very hot and humid the day we arrived. Overall, a great place to stay and great neighbors if you get a chance to talk to them. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving family Holiday

What a great layout! We had 5 different families, 10 adults and 6 kids under 15 yo. There was enough room annd rooms for everyone and we loved having 2 kitchens right across from each other! Great beach views and access! Already talking about using Sunrise/Sunset again! Thank you for sharing such a great house!

Multiple Family getaway

Our 3 Adult sons, 2 Daughter in laws, and 1 grandson plus my sister, brother and sister in law all stayed for the Labor Day weekend….everyone had their own room with extras to spare. Private pool and beach access wonderful! Wish we could have stayed longer…. Perfect for cooking together too! We boiled seafood downstairs and even did a big BBQ. Thanks!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a great place for a family vacation. It was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of rooms and beds and it was wonderful having two kitchens (& all the pot/pans/dishes, etc needed). It was very quiet and just a short walk to the beach. There were only two negatives #1 - there is no connection on the top floor so if you've rented both sides it can be cumbersome to get from the upper bedrooms on one side to the upper bedrooms on the other. #2 The stairs to the beach were kind of rough if you have bad knees. However, would come again.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting Sunrise/Sunset. The bedroom layout works great for our group of 8 adults and 6 children. We were able to all eat inside on the Sunrise side by sitting 4 children at the small dining table and adding a couple of bar stools from Sunset to the counter for the other 10. There is a private beach just east of the house's beach access which actually turns out to be an advantage because it prevents access to the beach from the high rise on the other side of the private beach so it is easy to set up beach front. Being able to walk to Goatfeathers to pick up seafood is a big plus. This is an older house and could use a little TLC but don't think you can beat the number of bedrooms and convenience to the beach for the price. Management was very responsive to the couple of minor issues we needed fixed.

Beach use confusing on where we could set up, signage poor and we had people move our canopies/chairs multiple days. Pro- house was very accommodating for 20 guests. Short 2 minute walk to beach.plenty of property parking 5-6 cars.beautiful area.

Great Location!

The house was roomy - we rented both sides - and provided ample areas for different groups. The beach was the softest white sand and perfect for adults and children. The Publix was 10 minutes away and restaurants - and the best ice cream and donuts ever- a short walk. We would definitely stay at Sunrise-Sunset again.

Okay Stay!

Reviewer Comments: We weren't very impressed with the condition of the rental in general for the amount paid. The pool shower on the SunRise side was broken. Fortunately it was all of our family staying on both sides so we used the Sunset pool shower but it might be awkward if each side was rented by different parties. The location and beach access were great! While not right on the beach, there was no major street to cross and it was an easy walk to the private beach access. On nice beach days it was best to set up tents and chairs on the beach in the early morning, around 6am. There was a lot of seaweed and June grass in the water most days (there 7/16-7/23/22).

Great location and beach access

Bedroom layout worked great for our group of 8 adults and 6 children. We managed to fit 6 young children around the small dining table and had the 8 adults sit at the bar. Otherwise it would be hard to have everyone eat in the same room. There is a private beach just east of the house's beach access which actually turns out to be an advantage because it prevents access to the beach from the high rise on the other side of the private beach so it is easy to set up beach front. With young children we did not go out to eat so being able to walk to Goatfeathers and Angelinas to pick up was nice.
