Hi Tiffany, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is important and we rely on hearing from our guests to ensure we’re doing a great job. As you shared in your review, this was not the case for you and for this, we do apologize. Our customers are the heart of our business and we understand you’re feeling disappointed about the complimentary starter pack of essentials we provide. The items we provide are located in the contract, and in the check in instructions that were signed before arrival. We do hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your business. Thank you, again, for taking the time to share a review with us. Allie Port A Beach House CO.

We are so glad you were able to enjoy your stay despite the issues you had. Wed hope that people would respect the rules that are in place, but alas this is not always the case. We would recommend calling the non emergent line for situations like this as we do not manage all the homes at this location.

We are glad you are a returning customer of this home! We are glad you were able to enjoy this stay despite the issues arising. We have since fixed the sink. And we hope to see you again for your 6th visit, and many more to come

We received your review on your Port Aransas vacation rental and wanted to thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. We do take pride in the cleanliness of our rentals and are glad to hear that is exactly how you found it. Please call our offices anytime if you have any kind of issue like you mentioned with the towels; our summer hours are 8am to 10pm so that we can better serve our guests. We would have gladly delivered more to remedy that situation. We thank you again and hope to have you back as our guests.
