⭐Important Details:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- No smoking
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
- Linens provided: sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, blankets
- Dog-friendly: Up to 2 medium, well-behaved dogs allowed with a $225 non-refundable pet fee (no pee pads permitted)
- Parking for two cars at the property max. There is off street parking, but it is first come first serve, and not necessarily near the property.

⭐Dog Policy & Local Beach Rules:
While this home welcomes dogs, the Town of Kure Beach enforces the following:
- No dogs on the beach April 1 – September 30
- Leashed dogs allowed October 1 – March 31
- Guests must carry a waste bag or container at all times and produce it upon request from enforcement personnel.
- Year-round, dogs are allowed on the beach at:
Freeman Park (north end of Carolina Beach)
Fort Fisher State Recreation Area (just south of the house)

- In Carolina Beach, leashed dogs are permitted on the beach before 9am and after 5pm April 1 – September 30, and are welcome at all times during the off-season.

⭐Bike Safety:
The Kure Beach Police Department requires helmets for all bike riders. Please bring your own or rent from Pleasure Island Rentals.

⭐The outdoor pool is managed by the community HOA and they determine its opening/closing.

A signed Booking Agreement is required for all reservations before check-in.
