Watch the dolphins play as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony of our newly updated 4th floor condo at the St. Regis Resort! Enjoy views of the Atlantic from every room of this newly updated condo.. The open floorpan features a well appointed living and dining room and 2 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, private bath and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds and access to the balcony. The hall bath is just across the hall from this bedroom.

The St. Regis Resort has activities for the whole family to enjoy, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, playground, arcade and basketball half court. Dining options include a poolside grill, ice cream shop and Ocean's Edge restaurant located on the 7th floor with panoramic ocean views. You can also grill up a feast from the land or sea on one of the charcoal grills located on the property.

North Topsail Beach offers beautiful beaches, restaurants and activities for all ages. Come enjoy our beautiful white sandy beaches for yourself!

Annual Honeymoon week

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautiful views, kitchen had the stuff I needed for cooking. King bed was comfy and the sauna at the facility was working. You may want to warm it up before you plan on using it. We’ll definitely plan on coming back to this location.

Loved it!

Beautiful location! Amy was very responsive and helpful with info about the condo and surrounding area suggestions. Condo had everything we needed for a fun family vacation and was very clean. We especially enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the roar of the ocean at night!

Very nice relaxing place to be

We needed a great place to stay for a much deserved vacation. Topsail beach is a great place to relax. We went off season so a lot of places to eat where not on regular time schedules. Wish we would have known the St. Regent resort did not have restaurant or pool house open everything day to grab lunch or dinner. Unit needs som TLC but was still a great place to stay.

We got engaged and married on North Topsail Beach 20 years ago! We have owned this condo for several years, but just listed it as a vacation rental. Come enjoy all that Topsail Island and the St. Regis Resort have to offer!

Our condo has gorgeous views and, being in building 2, it is close to all the amenities St. Regis has to offer.

The St. Regis offers so many amenities for its owners and guests to enjoy! The only indoor pool on the island (currently closed for renovations), outdoor pool with poolside grill, Ocean's Edge restaurant on the top floor of building 2 with panoramic ocean views, fitness center, playground, outdoor grills and picnic areas, etc. Our 4th floor condo is quiet and offers beautiful views from the balcony and every room! You can even catch the sunset from the balcony.
