Perfect Beach Trip!

Spent Mothers Day weekend with my 2 teenaged girls and we had the best time! Loved the location with easy access to restaurants and coffee shop onsite with 2 pools both open in May before Memorial Day :). Easy walk over to beach front - pretty perfect stay!

Family vacation

Room was perfect for what we needed. There was construction on the property but it did not affect the overall stay. We are hoping to stay here again next summer!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Blessed with great weather. We have stayed at the St Regis before but this was our 1st time at this unit. Would definitely book there again. Very happy vacationer

We enjoyed our stay at the condo at St. Regis. The view was great and I could watch my teens from the balcony when they went down to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen sufficient and had all the basics. Teens enjoyed the arcade and ice cream shop on the property. The restaurant on the top floor of the second floor was temporarily closed but there is still the Pirate Bar/Restaurant on the property. I have a couple of helpful tips if you are going to stay here. Bring your own grill tools if you plan on trying to use the charcoal grills as there are none in the unit that are grill safe/worthy. Beware of the grills, lol, they are located behind the sand dune and the wind can be pretty bad, sandblasting you as you try to cook. Bring your own dish towels as there were none in the unit. The children's room runs hotter than the rest of the unit but the owner has a fan in the closet. The beach outside of the resort is narrow. Make sure you pay attention to when high tide is and set up for the day as close as you can to the dune line. Finally, the resort doesn't post the surf conditions with flags like other places I've stayed. You can check the surf conditions on the town's website.

Fun Family Getaway

Property was excellent. Loved the oceanfront view and the amenities of the resort. The unit was just right for our family. The resort has a nice large pool with a snack shack that we used daily. Kids loved the arcade and exploring the resort.

Loved it!

Beautiful location! Amy was very responsive and helpful with info about the condo and surrounding area suggestions. Condo had everything we needed for a fun family vacation and was very clean. We especially enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the roar of the ocean at night!

Probably our best vacation yet! Perfect summer vacation spot. My family loved our vacation here it was so relaxing and nothing was terrible to get to. The condo was clean and the property manager was excellent to work with. The view from this condo was spectacular. Our oldest could walk down to the beach and we could see her the whole time. We loved that there were beach chair and umbrella rentals we rented them through grants beach rentals. We will definitely be looking to book the same condo again.

Beautifully appointed condo !!

This condo was not only clean but well put together -- comfortable furnishings, nice linens and a beautifully stocked kitchen . . . we really felt at home. The views are also amazing from every room. The host was also extremely communicative and welcoming -- We will definitely be back!!

Things we loved: great location. If the restaurant had been open, it would have been great. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need. There was enough of the basics to get you through the 1st day. The bed was super comfortable! I slept amazing. The view was hands down the best part of this condo. The extremely comfortable balcony chairs were perfect for an evening listening to the waves. The St. Regis is a great complex with almost all the essentials.Things that could have been better: the condo just didn’t feel clean. The LVP floors, even the first day we got inside, felt dirty. I know it’s the beach, so I don’t take too many points away for that. But. The living room rug needs to be replaced. The ice maker never really worked but we picked up a bag, no problem. The soap scum in the primary shower left something to be desired. And the final thing was the paint. The paint was peeling on the ceiling of both showers. For the price, a fresh coat of paint and some better housekeeping should be provided. Last thing, no fault to the condo, but North Topsail is having issues with their beach. When the tide comes in there is no way to stay out on the sand. Not sure what anyone could do about this other than making sure vacationers know that the beach days will be short in this location unless you drive to another beach.

My family had the most amazing week! Woke up every morning and enjoyed my coffee looking at the beautiful ocean view. The condo was super clean and well stocked in the kitchen for your basic cooking needs. The kids really enjoyed going to the arcade and ice cream shop downstairs. The beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. We had fun searching for shark teeth and sea glass. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate Amy sharing her condo with us.

Annual Honeymoon week

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautiful views, kitchen had the stuff I needed for cooking. King bed was comfy and the sauna at the facility was working. You may want to warm it up before you plan on using it. We’ll definitely plan on coming back to this location.

Very nice relaxing place to be

We needed a great place to stay for a much deserved vacation. Topsail beach is a great place to relax. We went off season so a lot of places to eat where not on regular time schedules. Wish we would have known the St. Regent resort did not have restaurant or pool house open everything day to grab lunch or dinner. Unit needs som TLC but was still a great place to stay.

Nice beach vacation condo and resort

Our family enjoyed our week vacation at the St. Regis resort. The condo’s kitchen was well equipped and we liked the central location of the condo at the resort. The indoor pool is getting refurbished at this time but the outdoor pool was still available. The beach in this area during high tide can get very crowded with it being so small, so make sure to get a spot early in the morning. We had a great week and would recommend this rental to others.

Great Condo At The Beach

Our family spent a week at this condo and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and comfortable - two bathrooms is a plus as well as the convenience of a washer/dryer. Conveniently located near elevator/stairs and easy access to beach. But our favorite feature was the balcony - beautiful views of the beach all day and endless stars at night. This condo offers a relaxing stay at the beach for anyone visiting North Topsail.

Wonderful location

The location of this property is perfect. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. The property is wonderful with a pool, playground and several restaurants on site. We have small kids, so being able to grab takeout from the pirate bar for dinner was a lifesaver most nights. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and had all the conveniences we needed. We had a couple small issues during our stay - the toaster didn’t work and the tub stopper was broken - but the hosts resolved the issues quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

We got engaged and married right here on North Topsail Beach, so it will always be a special place to us—and Aqua Vista captures everything we love about it. The views from this condo are simply incredible—ocean in every direction, with dolphins often putting on a show right from the balcony. Being in Building 2, you're close to everything St. Regis offers, but high enough on the 4th floor to feel peaceful and private. It’s our happy place, and we’re excited to share it with you.

The St. Regis offers so many amenities for its owners and guests to enjoy! The only heated and covered resort pool on the island (heated March - December), outdoor pool with poolside grill, Ocean's Edge restaurant on the top floor of building 2 with panoramic ocean views, fitness center, playground, outdoor grills and picnic areas, etc. Our 4th floor condo is quiet and offers beautiful views from the balcony and every room! You can even catch the sunset from the balcony.
