Keyless Entry for this condo. Onsite parking full access to outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools, lazy rivers! Everything you need is here, no need to leave the resort! This resort is located on the south end of myrtle beach, close to the airport, market command with shops and restaurants. This resort is truly a great place to enjoy your vacation!

Good view. Comfortable bedding. The building was clean and quiet. Water was murky. Constantly being shut off. Bring plenty of bottled water. Access cards didn’t work, so that was a hassle.

First time at a Vrbo

Honeymoon suite was nice and clean.Good view of the ocean. There were a couple of things that could be improved in the unit. The drip pans were pretty rusty on the stove. We had a king size bed but I don’t thing the top sheet was the accurate size not nearly large enough overall a good place to stay.

Quaint Room

The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. We had issues at checkin that were addressed quickly. The shower would be the only complaint. Although it was handicap accessible, the longer hose made it awkward and forced the shower head to mainly face the wall.

Health risk

This place was disgusting. I have many pictures but you can't upload on vrbo. I sent them to the listing agent.good news, "they are going to address it" lol. Let's start with the paper thin pillows that are yellow stained and had balls of hair under the cases. We had to buy pillows. The balcony has never been cleaned. It was sticky everywhere you touched. The curtains had mold growing on them and smeared bugs. Good luck with the AC. It decides when it wants to work. The dust on the headboard reminded me of a Christmas set. Mattress was half decent but who knows if that comforter has ever been washed. TV worked just fine. No self respecting person would ever use the stove, microwave, coffee pot or any dishes / utensils. The sink in the bathroom had a massive black mold ring around the entire top. It was so much mold it had to be a science project. The shower head hangs on the floor because there is no bracket to hold it. So unless you enjoy taking a bath every night, you will need to learn how to juggle a shower head and soaps. We could hear every conversation in the room behind us. We enjoyed the 2 AM drunk fight conversation while trying to sleep. Carpet had folds in it, debris and a cigarette burn mark. Room had a slight cigarette smell the first night as well. This place just needs taken care of. Clearly the cleaning crew hasn't been doing their job for sometime. It needs new kitchen stuff, shower head, pillows and curtains. Enjoy your 30 day wait for your deposit.

Birthday Getaway

This was my first time booking with VRBO, I’ve booked Compass Cove many times in the past. The process was very easy, checking in and getting into the room went smooth. The room is kept very clean and stocked with all necessities. The view is great!

Just what we needed

We stayed on the property the whole time. Had plenty for the kids to do for a short spontaneous spring break trip. The kids had a blast. Had coffee at the coffee shop, visited the gift shop and had food at the Compass rose and at the other restaurant the crows nest. Everything was great; food service hospitality and cleanliness. I really enjoyed my stay at this property. We will be back.

First VRBO

We have stayed at the property before through Compass Cove. We never expected to have such trouble trying to work the TV. There were no paper towels. I think you can do without stove and more counter space. I put the coffee pot in the bathroom. PROS location is good and place was spacious! Its good for what most people need.
