Short distance away from Magic sands beach but without road noise! (less than 100 yards from the beach) Enjoy watching body surfing, boogie boarding, and beach activities while drinking a beverage on your lanai. Enjoy amazing sunsets and the crash of ocean waves while relaxing on your lanai. Bright and clean unit on the 3rd floor right outside the elevator. The view from the lanai is of the beach, pool and bar-b-q area.

We have been visiting White Sands Village for 40 years, and we enjoyed our stay in WSV . It's close enough to have a wonderful view of the ocean from the lanai and the front door, but far enough to miss the road traffic. We appreciated being across from the elevator so no stairs were involved which was important for my elderly father. The condo and pool were both clean and comfortable. Management is extremely responsive and helpful when questions arose. Highly recommend this unit!

Nice, 2 bedroom condo with 2 baths, w/d and a/c work well. Drying rack on balcony could use replacement- rusty.

The condo was very clean and had everything amenity we needed to start our vacation. The pool and bbq grill were cleaned daily and the grounds in the parking area were kept clean as well. If we're lucky enough to return, we'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and you can hear the waves! Lots of water sport items to use. Nice pool and hot tub area, all around great place and location!

Comfortable living room furniture, spacious, view of the ocean, convenient with the elevator right there, space to park 2 cars (though not covered parking), well equipped.

Wonderful place!
The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were right across from a beautiful beach and had a beautiful pool we could use in the evenings and on high swell days.

Perfect stay in paradise
Property is just as advertised. Conveniently located across the street from Magic Sands beach and short driving distance from downtown Kona. Perfect stay for a perfect vacation!

Outstanding location across the street from Magic Sands beach. Wonderful supply of beach gear. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed condo with a well supplied kitchen and bath. Decent views of the beach and the mountains from the lanai. If I ever come back to Kona, I'll stay here -- and tell my friends to do the same.

We had a great stay at this condo! Perfect location for us with two teenagers as they were able to come and go to the beach and the pool without needing to be transported. Being right across the street from the beach also meant we did not have to pack lunches and all the “stuff”. We could enjoy the water and just walk back as needed. Beautiful location and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the water and the sunsets.

Had a great time there with my 12 year old twins. Was nice to be able to walk to the beach!
Condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable!

Peaceful Relaxation
This property is our favorite for several years now. We keep coming back because the property is the nicest with upkeep and convenience to the beach and Magics.

Spacious and convenient
Wonderful space with huge lanai, just across from the magic sand beach. Sauna and swimming pool are great for relaxing the body after long day of hiking
