The house was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable with AC, fans and other amenities. Access to the building pool was a plus for the kids. Pretty close to all the attractions on the west side. Enjoyed the stay.

Great location and the ac was perfect. The unit had everything we needed. The host was also very helpful when we had any questions. Definitely will rent again if available during our next trip!

Wonderful place

Condo is in the convenient location, very clean and well stocked. Nice size lanai and clean pool with hot tub. We definitely will be baxkbackcomminback

Fantastic Place

Great stay in a very nice condo. Full kitchen with anything & everything you might need. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice bathrooms & showers. Loved the lanai overlooking the pool & the super view of the ocean.

Beautiful Holualoa Bay View

Beautiful property with amazing views. Very spacious, comfortable, and especially clean. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated, particularly for those warm August evenings. We would definitely want to stay at this property again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and recommend it. It was clean, spacious, and had a lot of convenient amenities, such as a coffee maker, wine opener, dishes, pots and pans, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and washer and dryer. The managament was fabuluous with communication and brought us extra towels. We used the kitchen a lot to cook and saved a lot of money by doing that. Our favorite thing was sitting on the large patio to eat breakfast and drink wine at night. It is across the street from the ocean, a short drive to a sandy beach, and to shops. Great location and I like that we have an assigned parking space. We also loved using the heated pool. The unit could use more amenities, such as more dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, but we forgot to ask the management for more. There were also tiny ants that invaded the kitchen at night, but were gone by morning. Overall, it was a great choice. Photos need to be updated to show the larger patio table. We tried to use the gym, but it had a strange chemical odor.

It’s especially wonderful to hear our team was able to assist promptly with extra towels and that you were able to make the most of the kitchen during your vacation. We also appreciate your constructive feedback. Additional starter supplies are always available upon request, and we’re happy to provide more whenever possible. As is common in Hawaiʻi’s tropical climate, occasional ants can appear, particularly if food is left out overnight, but we do have regular pest control service to help minimize their presence. We also appreciate your suggestion about updating the listing photos to showcase the larger patio table and will certainly look into that. Regarding the gym, we’ll pass your comments about the odor along to the HOA so they can investigate. Mahalo for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to the Big Island again soon!

Kona vacation

Very nice, clean and well kept. (Had a slight issue with small ants) have to make sure no food is left out at all. All in all we were very happy with our accommodations.

It was a spacious unit for 4 adults and had all the necessities like beach towels, spices, full kitchen of dishes and pans. It was close enough to all the shops of Kona but far enough away from the congestion. We bought fresh fruit from the weekend farmers market just across the street. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Place To Stay

Beautiful Ocean View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo with a lanai that has an unobstructed view of the ocean across the street. The little beach on the other side of the road also has a taco stand most days and a Farmer's Market on Friday-Sunday. We spent most evenings watching the sun set from the lanai. There is a bit of noise from the traffic but the condo complex itself is very quiet. The pool and hot tub are nice and were rarely occupied. The beds are super comfortable. This place is truly a gem. There are multiple beaches within walking distance. It is a short drive to the center of Kona although you can also take the hourly shuttle (or Uber) if you don't want to deal with parking. The condo was clean and well maintained. We did not have any issues with bugs

Lanai makes the property

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The lanai and it’s views as well as location sets this property at the front of options to book. I will say that they had a serious bug problem in the kitchen, on the counters, stove, and around the trash can. It does warn against bugs in the agreement that you sign, but this is our 4th property we have stayed at in Hawaii and have never seen it like this. It was notice upon checkin, which means it was nothing we did or didn’t do cleanliness wise.They were some sort of ant. I get that bugs are a thing, especially in tropical areas, but we noticed them immediately upon check in, and when I brought it to the property manager’s attention, they placed a bag of bug spray and traps on the door for us to “handle”. Not really something I want or should have to do while on vacation. It prevented us from cooking as much as we wanted. I text a few days later when the problem had not improved and it took 3 days for a response. Overall, I enjoyed the stay because of location and the lanai. It’s located just a mile away from downtown Kailua, an amazing poke place is just across the street (the poke hut), and prime location to be close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough from crowds and noise. I am a pretty laid back person, so for me, the bugs were easy to ignore.

And we apologize we misunderstood, we never enter a unit without guest permission so we thought you would be okay with the spray to use on the ants directly. Your comment about not hearing from us for 3 days is false. We see the message thread, and we responded right away, but professional pest control was not available until 2 days from the request to have someone treat in person. We do apologize they weren't available immediately. We do appreciate you staying with us!!
