Charm is the first thing you will notice at the Magnolia Cottage from the beautiful lawn, to the screen porch and inviting entryway. Step inside to an open air living space allowing the conversation to continue whether you are playing games in the living room, preparing a meal in the kitchen, or enjoying time around the table.
Our spacious kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, a full size fridge, and all the pots and utensils needed to prepare your meals including a dishwasher to allow easy clean up and place settings for four. You will have everything you need to shop for the week and dine in. You can sip your morning coffee at the farm table with magnolia decor or watch the sun fill the sky on our screened in porch. Rocking chairs with foot rests or bar stools with a barrel table. You can't go wrong when you're taking in the view of magnolia trees to start your day.

The main bedroom boasts a king size bed, private access to the bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet that houses the laundry facilities. A luxury mattress, plump pillows and bedside lamps.
The queen room mattress and pillows are equally comfortable, and hallway access to the bathroom.The room is also equipped with a closet and hanging space for your belongings.

Comfy leather sofas, natural wood decor, and a large woven rug invite you to cozy up for a show in front of our flat screen television or spend time chatting away the evening. Take the stone path to our ultimate outdoor experience. Crafted around our six person brand-new hot tub and outdoor fireplace, there's no better place to relax. View your favorite movie on our projector screen with surround sound from the hot tub, or move in closer to the warmth of the fire on our patio seating.

THE LOCATION

Magnolia Cottage is situated just off a paved road with ;little to moderate traffic at times , but we have added lots of landscaping for privacy. Very convenient to groceries, restaurants, downtown and Lake Blue Ridge. Just over a mile to Ingles grocery store, about two miles to main street shopping and restaurants, and about two miles to Lake Blue Ridge. All of this close by and no four-wheel drive needed!
We are excited to announce our brand new party venue adjacent to the cottage. Small rustic farmhouse themed venue is perfect for birthday parties and baby showers. 40 person capacity. can be rented separately or in conjunction with any of our 3 cabin. If you rent the cottage alone there is a possibility that another party maybe occupying the venue during your stay. The guest at the venue are told that they have to be cleaned up and vacate the property by 9pm each night
