The Club 303 is a newly remodeled Condo in an unspoiled beach front gated community, Nestled between Pelican bay and Parkshore. The Club at Naples Cay is a Beach front community within 33 acres of protected nature preserve. Enjoy the glorious, sun-kissed beach and more than a mile of frontage. Striking views from expansive terraces, swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico.
The Club has a lobby level state of the Art exercise and fitness center, stream and dry sauna. A large pool and Jacuzzi are located directly in front of the building. Views amidst a tropical setting and meticulously landscaped grounds, looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. The beach front is truly the best location for weekly or monthly rentals and offers spectacular views and sunsets unmatched anywhere in Naples

This was our first trip to Naples and the location, the Seagate property and the condo were all really nice. I loved that this condo was centered over the pool area with a clear view of the Gulf of America right behind it! Check in/out and correspondence went fine with Annie. Parking was not an issue either. The furniture and accommodations were nice. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative to spend more time out on the beautiful porch! A little disappointed vs. other VRBO stays that there were only 3 juice and drink glasses each (I went out and bought a couple of beer glasses and left them) so you had to run the dishwasher every day... Not enough to bring down the rating or prevent us from booking this property for a week next January! I would recommend.

The unit wasn’t stocked with kitchen garbage bags, shampoo and conditioner, regular sized bath soap. The unit is nice but in need a fresh paint job. The master TV didn’t work and the instructions we wrong. Upon check in the instructions omitted parking and how to enter the building.

Everything was great apartment and the beach and the view.Beach equipment needs to be changed and bed spread in master needs to be changed otherwise everything was great.

What an amazing place! The view of the ocean out the main windows is spectacular. The beach is steps away and so perfect. The pool offers a nice change of pace.The home was beautiful and had everything we hoped for. Definitely hope to come back in the future.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et plus particulièrement la vue imprenable sur le golf du Mexique , l’accès direct à la plage et la piscine très propre . Très bonne localisation. Nous reviendrons assurément . Le condo est confortable, très bonne literie dans la master bedroom . Climatisation un peu bruyante .

Excellent condo - we can't wait to visit again!

The pictures don't do this justice. The balcony has a wonderful view of the gardens, pool & beach beyond. We had our breakfast & lunch here every day. In the evenings the sun set right in front of us - spectacular. The condo was very clean & well maintained. Kitchen - excellent quality appliances & well stocked. An electric kettle for tea drinkers!Master bedroom - comfortable & with nice quality bed linens. Large walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space & hangers. The washer & drier in the unit are big enough for large loads if needed. There was a charging port for several USB devices in the dining area (that we didn't spot for several days!)We found the A/C to be noisy when it first started up (mostly in the lounge, less so in the master bedroom) but quickly got used to it. It was efficient at cooling the rooms quickly.The fitness room was bigger & better stocked than expected - better than several hotels we've stayed in.In the storage locker (ground floor of the building) there were lots of toys & equipment for the beach, plus a cart to help you transport them. The beach is only a short (5 minute) walk from the condo across a boardwalk. On our last day we met the lovely owner, Annie. At the start of our stay we'd noticed & reported a few stains on the balcony furniture cushions. As we were checking out Annie arrived, ready to measure the cushions so she could order replacement covers! She clearly cares about this condo.We can't wait to visit again.

Naples cay stay

This is our third year staying at this condo . Throughly enjoyed our stay , property is updated and very clean . Weather was perfect ; only a short walk to beautiful and uncrowded beach . Owners always available to address any questions .

Wonderful condo and location

This was our second stay in Naples Cay. Both rentals were at the Club. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is fresh and newly renovated. Everything we needed was on hand. Great view from the balcony, nice building amenities, easy very short walk beyond the pool to the beach. Great walking to Clam Pass for morning exercise, or the beach boardwalk. Nearby restaurants and grocery shopping.

Second stay, best trip!

My sister and I come to Naples every year together. This is our second stay in this unit- we love it!! Comfy beds, clean, awesome kitchen and great property. We had the best time ever and can’t wait to come back again!

Hurricane Debby

This was our first VRBO rental. Thank you so much for the amazing unit, cleanness, beach items and communication. The unit was stocked with supplies. We had an amazing stay even though Hurricane Debby paid us a visit. Naples received a lot of rain. We enjoyed the property, beach and local restaurants. The sunsets were different every night. Downtown Naples was a hit for our family. Hopefully we will be back soon to visit the area.
