Thank you so much for this amazing review! It truly made us smile — especially hearing that your grandkids want you to buy the house! 😊 We’re so happy the space, cleanliness, and whimsical bedroom designs made such a big impression. And we absolutely love that the game room became your grand’s “office” — that’s priceless! We also really appreciate your thoughtful suggestions. Feedback like adding bathroom hooks, a few extra towels, and larger coffee mugs is incredibly helpful, and we’ll certainly take it into consideration as we continue improving the guest experience. Hello Crystal, Apparently you requested the change on May 17. That is not 30 days in advance. The policy is listed to be followed. I am sorry that you had to make changes while you were in the no-cancellation period. I sure hope you would come stay with us again, the pool is cleaned on a bi-weekly basis, we do not provide pool towels, this is mentioned on the listing that guests get to see before they book.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the house itself, but I’m truly sorry about the frustrations you experienced with the amenities. We understand how disappointing it can be when amenities are not as expected, especially when construction impacts access. We’ll certainly take your comments into account and work to provide clearer communication regarding the current status of the community amenities. The wait times and overcrowding you encountered are concerning, and we’ll pass this information along to the management team. We’ll also make sure to address the issue with the pool’s unpredictable availability, as well as the hot water problem in the master bathroom shower. It’s great to hear that despite these issues, you would still consider staying with us again. Rest assured that we’ll work to improve these aspects so that future stays can be more enjoyable. Thank you again for your honest review!

Thank you for choosing Wonder Vacation Homes, it was a pleasure hosting you. We are glad to hear you had a good time. I have already asked my operations team to add Spectrum App for local cable channel access. The grill will also be cleaned right away, thanks for letting us know.
