Luxury Mountain View Cabin Rental, unit 778 “Perky Peaks Lodge is the perfect cabin for your next Smoky Mountain Getaway. When you arrive at the cabin, there is a paved ramp that leads you onto the covered front porch. Walking into the cabin you are greeted with intricate woodwork throughout the cabin. When you enter the living room you will see that it was designed for comfort. You can sit back and relax while watching your favorite show on the 70-inch TV, all while relaxing in either the leather loveseat that has 2 recliners, or the leather sofa that has 2 recliners. You can also take in the cabin décor and enjoy the tree over the living room area that has wood animal carvings throughout. When it’s time to eat, enjoy the fully furnished kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar top seating for 6. There is a half bath located just off the open floor plan living room and kitchen. The main level bedroom features luxury handcrafted log furniture, king size bed, and a flat screen television. The on-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Venture outside to the screened in back porch, great for your morning coffee, while sitting at the dinette enjoying the great views of the mountains. When you are ready to relax from all the attractions of the day like, Douglas Lake for fishing/boating, you can sit back and soak your worries away in the hot tub. During the day feel free to relax in the luxury outdoor double gliding rocker while watching the family play a game of corn hole. There is a gas grill for your grilling needs. The upstairs loft features a theater system 70-inch flat screen television with surround sound, queen size sleeper sofa, 60-1 arcade game system, 4-person puzzle/game/card table, and views of the mountains. There is an upper-level covered porch that features a double swing set, great for enjoying a cocktail. The upper-level master suite features luxury hand crafted log furniture, intricate wood carvings in the lofted alcove, and an on-suite master bathroom great for relaxing. Take advantage of the on-suite indoor whirlpool bathtub and walk in shower. If you are looking for a cabin that is great for a luxury getaway, then pamper yourself and enjoy Perky Peaks Lodge. Wireless Internet, Outdoor surveillance device for security purposes only. 2 car parking. No Smoking. No Pets Please. Sleeps 6.

The property was a great place to stay. The views were wonderful, the location wasn’t far from Sevierville at all. It’s a good idea to bring your own pillows b/c they were limited. The only downside was the cleaning crew rushed to clean and missed a few areas, which we wiped down. No major issues, and my family had a wonderful trip. I’d stay here again for sure.

Great friends getaway

Amazing trip

We came with our son and his fiancé and the cabin is gorgeous but both mattresses need replaced they were uncomfortable but it was beautiful and would stay again

Great stay for a getaway

Check in was easy and seamless. The layout of the cabin was just as advertised. Well decorated and plenty of amenities for the stay. 10-15min away from restaurants, outlet shopping and nearby attractions. Definitely would book again.

Stayed for the weekend to see TN FL game! Clean property close to Dollywood and within an hour drive of the UT campus. Will definitely stay again

Absolutely Great Cabin

Amazing cabin. Absolutely easiest check in process.. representative called just before our check in and let us know her info and if we need anything to please call them. Location was great!! No far from main places to enjoy. We were in town for a Mustang show and we enjoyed our week even more having such a great cabin!! And CLEAN!

relaxing getaway

From the moment we pulled up we were in awe of the property. It is a beautiful rustic cabin with lots of extras. Game room upstairs for the kids (and adults that act like kids), 2 bedrooms with king size beds that were very comfortable, porches for days, upstairs and downstairs. Propane grill available for cooking out. We loved the property and will definitely stay with them again!

Chasing Snow

My wife and I traveled from Florida looking for snow and boy did we pick a great week for it. This cabin is perfectly located, close to town but still quiet. The cabin is updated with all the amenities and it was very clean. The communication with the host was great and they even notified us of the snow and ice warning issued by the NWS. Easy check in and out. Definitely a place to stay. Highly recommended!
