Romar Village backs up to the Gulf State Park and is across the street from the beautiful sandy white beaches of the Gulf Coast. It is located directly in front of a pedestrian stop light on Perdido Beach Boulevard which makes for easy access to the public beach. The complex consists of 5 houses with a total of 20 units so it is small and tucked quietly away from the busy crowds. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom secluded beach condo is on the first floor over-looking the pool area. It is fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer in the guest bathroom. There is a television in the living room and one in each bedroom. The large private balcony is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms and also overlooks the private community pool. This beautifully decorated condo is nestled in a secluded private complex yet in the heart of Orange Beach and in walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and local activities.. Amenities include parking space for 2 vehicles and boat/RV parking located at the rear of the complex.
Unit 311 is conveniently located on the 1st floor directly above the parking space and there is one set of stairs to access the property.

It is a wonderful, friendly property, very well situated and easy access to everything-except the beaches. We had to go to the public access, which is not a walkable distance, but very nice-food, drinks, bathrooms. Our condo overlooked the pool directly so that was very nice. Loved our porch.

Great spring break getaway!

Property was in the heart of Orange Beach. Quick walk across the street to public beach access. Dollar General and Wal-Mart within walking distance for groceries. Plenty of restaurant options in the area as well. We needed access a day earlier and not only was available to us, it was a super easy check-in process. Glenda was so kind! We would stay again and recommend to others.

Great location and nice small property

Loved the location and the fact that it wasn't in one of the huge high rises in the area. Very quiet, easy keyless access to the unit, Really cool (and newly) redecorated family room, dining area and kitchen. Lots of natural light. Great long porch with comfy adirondak chairs. Fantastic hosts who were very easy to reach and very helpful - Thanks, Glenda! We'll come again!

Home away from home!

I’m so glad we stayed here and will definitely book again in the future! Romar Village was so peaceful and it’s conveniently located right by the shops, dollar general and even the neighborhood Walmart so we hardly had to drive anywhere which I loved! The condo is beautifully decorated and so cozy, it immediately felt like home for the last 4 days. Glenda was so kind and responded to any questions I had almost immediately! Thank you again!

Diamond in the Rough

Let me first say that I this is a new listing and they owner is very responsive and responded quickly to the issues that I had with the property. The driveway/street into and around the property is the worst thing about it. There are tons of potholes! Drive slowly because you’re going to bounce around ! The parking spots are tight, right under the condo, but there is a hose to hose down all your beach stuff! The public beach I went to (Gulf State Park, to the right at next light) didn’t have any working water, so no shower to wash sand off and only Porto-potties! The hose was wonderful! The Check in was very simple to retrieve a key from a lock box, but I am told that she will soon have a keyless entry. The condo Is older, so don’t expect anything different! It was clean except for the window sills and under the curtains by the sliding-glass door in the master. I did notify the owner and she had the cleaning crew call me. They did not come clean up the bugs and dirt, but were able to tell me where the broom and dust pan were and they admitted that they probably just missed that area and that the exterminator had just been there. Everything else was spotless! There are some really cute things about the place and some miss-matched things that make it a bit sub-par, but the owner is working on it. There are nails and bolts sticking out of the walls that have been painted over. Everything has had a fresh coat of paint, but some things need another coat (Like the kitchen cabinets) or another color (like the master bdrm) to help make things look cute and clean. There was also the absence of a hairdryer which is now on the owners list! We did not use the kitchen except to store cold drinks in the refrigerator, but it appeared to be well-equipped. There was a salt and pepper shaker, too!! The owner asked me for feed back and I gave her a list of things that I thought would bring it up to a 5-star rental. She was very receptive to all my suggestions. This condo was amazing for the introductory price I payed and I was happy to have a relatively clean place and comfortable bed to sleep. I was there with my sister-in-law looking at houses, so We only slept there, basically. Without being right on the beach, you can’t beat the location for the price! This will hopefully be even better with a little more attention to detail on the owner’s part!

Our favorite place to stay

This condo has everything you want for a beach vacation. It’s fully stocked with everything you need. It’s decor gives the beach cottage feel I love. The location is convenient to everything you want, but at the same time you have privacy and quiet. The owners are awesome to work with and they make sure you enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this rental!!

Our community is a hidden gem tucked away from the busy hustle and bustle of high rise condos and noise! It is perfectly located in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything but offers a calm quiet environment. Romar #311 is going to make you feel like you're at your home away from home!! We love beautiful evenings relaxing on the spacious balcony overlooking the pool!!

Our cleaning crew is top notch! They deep clean the bathrooms and kitchen with Clorox bleach which is on the EPA registration list for use against COVID-19. They sanitize all high touch surface areas (door knobs, kitchen drawer handles, etc.), wash all bedding and bathroom towels, and also use bleach to clean the floors. Soft surfaces, such as couches, chairs and mattresses, are sprayed with a 90% alcohol solution. They are a fantastic crew and are dedicated to ensuring the safety of our guests.
