Come and savor the sea breeze and relax in front of endless ocean views from every room of this clean, comfortable, well-appointed, one bedroom, one bath villa surrounded by palms. Take advantage of the sun and sand with a dip in the community pool or a day on the beach from one of the private condo complex beach access paths. This beautiful beach getaway features a spacious screened porch and a "widow's walk" with incredible views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The well-appointed kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Gather for your morning coffee or your evening supper around the four-person dining table splashed with loads of sunlight. Sleeping accommodations for up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king bed with a brand new mattress as of March 2024, and the living room is appointed with a queen Lazy Boy Air Dream sleeper sofa. With your rental, you'll have access to the Port O' Call Community Pool and charcoal grill. Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Xfinity streaming.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

The condo is well appointed but the only downside is the refrigerator not having an ice maker. But we bought ice and made due with that. The views from the top deck are fantastic and great for star gazing. Relaxing on the screened-in deck looking over the beach is wonderful.

The freezer shelves fell out when you opened them. The dishwasher was messed up. When you pulled the rack out it went off track plus it leaked. For what I paid for 3 nights, I was highly disappointed. The only thing that I can say was good about this rental was the view and the bed was comfortable. If I come back, I will be staying in a different rental.

Breathtaking Views, Cozy, but desperately needs a new mattress!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed a 3-night stay at this place! The ocean views were incredible to watch sunrise and ocean life. The cozy condo had great beach access, with abundant of chairs and sand toys provided, which I thought was a great touch of home. The shower was delightful. For having such a great upscale accommodation, the owners truly need to read this review with constructive criticism and upgrade the king mattress! The current mattress is so hard, there is no difference than the floor. We ended up moving to the couch pull out sofa for the remainder of the stay, which was extremely dissatisfying. The King bed had sensual mirrors, great views, and a harder than a rock mattress. Hopefully there will be an upgrade for other couples to receive a more luxurious experience. I will forgo this place in the future if the mattress remains.

Port O Call F302

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Port O Call is one of my favorite places to stay. And we will return. This is the first time I stayed in this unit. The unit itself was wonderful. It was light and airy. (some of the pictures need to go LOL) My husband and I have 3 things we look for in a rental. 1. The view, 2. the furniture, and 3. the comfort of the bed. #1 is truly amazing. For #2, We spend a lot of time (hours!) in the screened porch. It has a spectacular view facing the ocean. However the furniture was lacking. It had 2 folding chairs and 2 rocking chairs. Even though the rocking chairs look nice, they are not very comfortable after a short period of time. We had to use cushions which didn't fit to make it tolerable. The most important thing to us was the bed. It was very hard & the most uncomfortable bed we ever slept in. We didn't sleep well. Everyone is different so this may not be a factor for you. I really loved this unit besides those two things and they are easily fixed by the owner. I would go back in a heart beat if those got updated. Very clean. Going up to the top floor to the open porch and sitting outside was spectacular (in late Oct). I would highly recommend this unit if those 2 things do not matter to you or the owner updated them. It truly is a slice of heaven.

This unit, F302, was nicely updated, bonus was the closet with extra beach gear.The only negative was Roku with limited channels. Also, the bar counter did not have any counter chairs.The sliding doors to the screened in porch need lubrication.Great unit.

She said that the message would be forwarded to maintenance. They did not show at all. After about an hour of twisting and replugging cords it worked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was excellent and the widow's walk was great. However, there was no ice maker. The ice trays took 24 hours to freeze so we had to go out to buy ice. The pull out trays for the freezer fell out in the floor every time you pulled them out, Same with the dishwasher. For such an excellent place you do do much better with appliances, obviously, the cheapest they could buy.
