Shipwatch 122D

Great location, great view from the balcony. The place is nice but dated. Although the place seemed clean, we did notice crumbs along the baseboards and under the chairs. My husband dropped yogurt on the kitchen floor and used a wet paper towel to clean it up and the paper towel was black from the dirty floors. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean, but needs some TLC

The condo was great for a weekend getaway. Location is ideal for beach and pool. Kitchen was appointed with all the necessities. Some furniture needs upgrading. The couch in the living room needs replacing - really not able to sit on it. And shower head in primary bath kept falling down.

Condo needs some attention…

Condo is in an excellent location with great views. Wasn’t as clean as it should be. The furniture is in poor shape and the condo needs painting. It looks worn and unkept. Management was excellent…..quick and thorough to respond to questions and concerns.
