Directly on the beach, ground floor, cute, super clean, quiet beach cottage. Get your feet in the sand, put up the umbrella & watch the spectacular sunsets from the beach, our comfortable couch or on the patio. Really, we are right on the beach. Relaxing and uncrowded with only 5 units in our complex. Family room has a large flat screen TV with Roku. We have free Wi-Fi and TWO large picture windows with a breathtaking view of the white sand and clear water Gulf of Mexico. It's fully outfitted for a relaxing, fun beach vacation. We have an umbrella, chairs, beach towels and a small cooler. Just bring your bathing suit! Our brand new patio deck provides beautiful views of the beach and newly renovated pool and deck is shared with only 4 other homes and is a great place to unwind or entertain. All equipment with a shower off the beach to rinse the sand off.
Why pay for a hotel, when you can have all the comforts of home while on vacation? When you enter our cottage, you will feel right at home with the cozy updates furnishings and comfortable atmosphere. It has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your vacation on the beach! Our cottage is only 800 square feet, but it's clean & comfortable. We have 2 bedrooms. The master room has a partial view of the beach. It has 1 king bed, dresser & closet and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 1 set of sturdy bunk beds, day bed that extends to a king (yes second king bed) along with a closet with no beach view. The kitchen is an open floor plan extending to even more seating for the views. The cottage sleeps 5 comfortably. But, keep in mind there is only 1 bathroom. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided. Our kitchen has a counter height table made out of real wood and can seat 5. There is a full size refrigerator and ice maker, dishwasher and oven. Our cottage has all dishes, glassware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal. We have some spices you’re welcomed to use. We have 1 bathroom with a single sink, toilet, small step down shower, no tub. A coin operated full size washer and dryer are are located just steps away from our cottage. Newly renovated pool area & deck. Heated pool in the winter. We also have 1 private parking space that is long enough to fit 2 SUV type cars.
