Wonderful Home and location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great configuration for our group. Wonderful kitchen and a lovely view. Enjoyed the pool and the land to the water's edge. Only suggestion is to have some sort of flyscreens on the doors.

Perfect stay for our group. Plenty of room and large backyard for fishing. Pool was a little small and not heated. But the kids enjoyed it anyway.

Beautiful Stay in Karuah

This house is truely a relaxation station. The house is situated on a lake that has the pool fire pit and balcony’s all facing west so you can enjoy the amazing lake sunset views no matter where you are. The theatre room was a huge hit for the rainy day we had. Everything was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you need was provided (linen cutlery cooking and cleaning products) which made it so easy and convenient not to have to pack any of that stuff to bring yourself.It’s nearby to so many activities and a very short stroll to the shop, bottle shop and a few dinner places. Will definitely stay here again if friends or family are wanting to trip to this area.10/10!

Celebrated my husband 70th birthday with our family

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great location right on the water which the family did a lot of fishing. They had a fire pit but we couldn’t sit round it because the furnishings were broken. I actually went and bought some cheap chairs from Kmart camping ones. The pool was great fun for the kids!A bit more cleaning outside would’ve been great.Needs maintenance done to it. The back door upstairs to the Veranda was very hard to open. Needs some work on. It was lovely sitting out on the Veranda in the day.The bathroom the toilet ran constantly and had a bad urine odour which we tried to scrub to clean it up.Under the beds hadn’t been vacuumed there was lots of dust and fur! We clean that up too. I know this sounds negative, but it would’ve been much nicer if maintenance had been done on the place before we got there. Outdoor awning didn’t work. We bought batteries for it still didn’t work.Bedroom lamps or work we bought new bulbs one was broken. It didn’t work.. The vacuum cleaner the PowerPoint in the laundry wouldn’t recharge it so we couldn’t use that! And the dryer hadn’t been cleaned out the filters We left it clean. Shane and Michelle looking after the property were helpful . Said it was too far for them to travel to help with any maintenance products so we had to get them ourselves which I thought was a little bit funny because they were the property managers

No gas for the bbq we had to go out and purchase a bottle Kitchen pans very old and not suitable for useCleaning was average food scraps in the couch and under all beds and roofs looks like not cleaned for a whileBedside lamps not working in some rooms no replacement glovesSomeone came and cut the grass and 715 am one morning and was walking around in the yard unannounced
