This property was beautiful. The rooms were very clean. Beach access is only steps away. If you’re looking for a quiet family getaway, this is the place to go.

This townhome was fantastic. It was spotless upon arrival and very spacious. The bed and linens were fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and various pots and pans. Spices aside from salt and pepper not provided. Coffee filters not provided. This had already been communicated so no problem. The provided grill was great.Awesome and easy beach access and wonderful peek a boo view of ocean from main deck. The only issue I could see people having is the interior stairs are open slat which could be problematic for families with young kids or seniors.This was a great trip and I would absolutely stay at this home again.

What an amazing property on an even more amazing beach! This was our first time visiting this area of the gulf and we’ll definitely return!Home was exactly what our group needed with all amenities! Beds were super comfie!

Spectacular!

Well appointed and clean. Very roomy for 4 adults and 3 teens. Pool/hot tub enjoyed by all. Pristine Properties prompt in resolving minor issue. Great location for enjoying the coast.

Beautiful decor, clean & comfortable

Everything was just right. Attractive decor, nicely furnished, top of the line appliances, comfy beds and fast internet! Loved the screened porches. Though it was March, our 12 year old granddaughter and her friend enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi every day. Easy walk to the beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Vacation review

Overall our stay was nice, however the guest before us left dirty dishes that were put up dirty and the grill situation was not good as it didn’t work. They brought another grill that was probably worse. We ended up borrowing the neighbors grill so it worked out but I shouldn’t have had to deal with that.

The home was overall as advertised. It was a little dated, but the house itself was nice. However, there were several issues that need to be addressed.We had to wash every dish before using it because many appeared to have been put away without actually being cleaned, which was very unpleasant. There was also what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling of the master bathroom, which is a serious health concern.The laundry room has what I assume are internal air-conditioning components left completely uncovered. This could be extremely dangerous, especially for families staying with small children.The pool was okay but somewhat dirty. The hot tub was extremely dirty and was the same temperature as the pool, making it pointless to use.My biggest complaint and concern was the amount of trash around the property and along the community boardwalk. It was horrendous and remained there throughout our entire stay. Trash was piled in the hallway, more appeared each day, and animals were tearing into it and scattering it everywhere. We saw members of the property management company come and go, yet no one ever cleaned it up.Guests should not have to rush down the boardwalk to the beach because they are afraid of encountering whatever animals are feeding on piles of trash thrown on the ground. This was unsanitary, unsafe, and completely unacceptable for a vacation rental.
