The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. This home has stairs. If any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
