First Level of Living (2nd Floor)

The Great Room features a fully stocked Kitchen, Dining area with a custom table for 16, and a nice living room with ample seating (Queen Sleeper Sofa included) and a great room balcony featuring additional dining seating. There is 1 Bedroom on this floor, Master Bedroom 1, and it features a King Bed, Balcony Access, and an En Suite Bathroom. There is also a Half Bath off the Great Room and a Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer on this floor.

Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

The remaining 4 Bedrooms are on this floor, and all of them feature En Suite Bathrooms. Master Bedroom 2 (Bedroom 2) features a King Bed, Balcony access, and an En Suite Bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a King bed, Balcony Access, and an En Suite Bath. Bedroom 4 features a King bed and an En Suite Bath. Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.

Maximum of 5 Cars: 1-2 car Garage, and 3 cars in the driveway; Do Not Block the Sidewalk - strictly enforced by Sarasota County.
