We had a great time! Jessica was great anytime we needed anything she got back to us within 5 or 10 minutes. The only thing I would’ve changed is we had no hot pads and the stove didn’t work very well. It was electric and it didn’t heat very well and one side of the toaster was bad.

Great Stay!

Came with a group of adults and kids. Location was perfect for both, basically a block to the beach and less than that to restaurants, stores, etc. Pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit for when we didn’t want to pack for the beach.

Hi Jose, Thank you so much for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re so glad you enjoyed the location, the cleanliness, and the convenience of having a bathroom in each bedroom. That means a lot to us! We’re sorry to hear about the lighting in the pool area and the mattress comfort — we’ll definitely look into both to make sure future guests have a better experience. And thank you for the heads-up about the dishwasher size; we understand how that could be inconvenient and will explore better options. Your comments help us grow, and we hope to welcome you back again with an even better stay. Warm regards, Siesta Key Rental Properties

Can't beat this walkable location

We stayed here with 6 kids (1-7 years old) and 7 adults. The overall space in the house, the walkability to everything we could need in the area (easy beach access, restaurants and shopping, transportation, etc.), and the private pool were everything we could have asked for and would be hard to beat. I wouldn't call the house "fancy" but it was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials (and beyond) we needed and everything was in good working order.

The property is so close to the beach and restaurants. We were able to rent paddle boards and they we're very helpful (suggested we go a different day due to winds). Lots of space and kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you would need for cooking. Kind of a pain with the stairs, but we got our workout in. It was a great space and great times were had.

Best Birthday Ever!

Came with my older children (19-22yrs) cousins and a few girlfriends (16 total) to celebrate my 50th. House was as beautiful as the pictures, and everyone had a great time. Plenty of room, loved the game rooms especially when it rained. We had everything we needed. It is a lot of stairs, but we needed to work off the food/drink. Easy walk to the beach, rented a golf cart to get around and it was perfect. No one wanted to leave, highly recommend for groups!
