Relax at River Cove on Crystal River

This recently renovated home is built in River Cove Landings, a gated community in Crystal River. The condo is brightly light with sunlight throughout. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom (Queen) and bathroom are located on the main floor. The other two bedrooms (2 single bunk beds and 2 singles that can be a king), bathroom and laundry area are upstairs. The kitchen has brand new gray cabinets and beautiful butcher block counter tops. There is a public boat ramp next to the community to launch your boat. There’s a dock (boat slip not include) in the community to enjoy fishing, beautiful sunsets, and frequently seen manatees and dolphins. From the river, guests can go west to the Gulf of Mexico or East to Kings Bay and the springs. The community has a pool, clubhouse and a tennis court. Plantation Golf is down the street. There are many things to do in Crystal River for example you can go to the springs to enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and other water activities, available for rent in downtown Crystal River. There’s also quaint shops and local restaurants like Nortons, Crackers, and Charlie's Fishhouse. Grannies is a local favorite for breakfast. There’s a small beach at the end of Fort Island Trail.

This is a gated community where people live. It’s family friendly with wonderful neighbors. Enjoy sunsets together at the dock. Please no late night parties and abide by the community rules.
