This spectacular villa is located right on the Great Ocean Road and opposite a picnic park and the beach. No need to drive anywhere from this property since its a flat short walk into Town. Accommodates up to 7 guests with modern furniture, fixtures and fittings, together with a stunning ocean outlook, this property delivers everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

The property is spread over 3 levels comprising 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and open plan kitchen/dining/living. Conveniently next to the front entrance to this property is a hot/cold shower for washing off all the sand after your day at the beach.

Ground floor entrance is spacious with direct access to lock up garage. Also on this level a queen size bedroom with built in wardrobe/storage and an additional very large bedroom with 3 single beds and large LCD TV. Both bedrooms have sliding doors out to a sunny courtyard. The bathroom on this level has a separate bath and shower with European laundry comprising Miele washer and dryer.

Second level is entirely open plan living surrounded with floor to ceiling windows. There are large outdoor decks at both rear and front, with front one having outdoor seating and beautiful water view over to the pier and rear decks having auto awnings for extra shade. There is a powder room/toilet on this level and a fully equipped kitchen including large refrigerator, built in dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, built-in microwave. The dining area accommodates 8 and the main living room has an open fire place and large LCD TV.

The upper third level is the Master Suite with a queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large ensuite and floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors out to a balcony with wonderful ocean view.
