Hi Tina, Thank you so much for staying at our home. We talked about the back to back hurricanes and thankfully our home had done well. Originally, we had thought about holding off on rentals until Thanksgiving week, but you had expressed that you really wanted to come and since the home was in good shape it worked out. FEMA is on its way to collect the debris piles from the homes that got damaged on island and with such widespread damage to the mainland, it takes a little longer to get them out to the island. We are grateful to be beachfront with such beautiful views. You are absolutely wonderful guests and we would love to have you back anytime. It is so special to get the opportunity to build relationships with the families like you who come to Sea La Vie and love it like we do. Hope to have you back soon! Thank you again, Leslie

Our family feels that same way when we are there too. There are very few places that you can have all the comforts we are so accustomed to yet be so charmed with the intimacy with nature and the quaintness of the barrier island. Thank you very much Cindy!! We loved having you and your family as guests and appreciate your kind words. We also love being on the bayside of the island where it is a bit more secluded and private. The private beach helps to give you unobstructed views and lots of fresh air. Hope to have you back again . Cindy, thank you so much for your lovely review. One of the big reasons we purchased our home was because of the beach and the gentle water. We have a son with a disability, and so he is always in that young mindset. We feel so good knowing he can have some independence . The water is so shallow and being bayside, we don’t get that massive force of the wave., just the gentle ripples. It really is so perfect for families with young children and also just floating and relaxing. We can’t wait to have you and your gang back again! Thank you Cindy!
