This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath waterfront haven comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering over 2,600 square feet of living space under air, and an additional 1,400 square feet of screened-in deck space, all of which overlooks the turquoise waters.

Stay connected with a high-speed WiFi mesh system. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, or enjoy friendly matches on the ping pong and foosball tables. Three luxurious suites feature comfortable beds with top-quality sheets and pillows, and there's a fourth bedroom designed as a bunk room. We also offer beach and bath towels for your use.   The home is equipped with both a conventional coffee pot and a Keurig machine (coffee not included).
Managed by Cowboy Services: Rest easy knowing that Cowboy Services manages this property. They will greet you upon arrival via ferry and escort you to the home. Their full-service team is readily available to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay.
Island Logistics: To reach the island, a ferry is required and can be reserved after your booking is completed. Boat dockage is available for rent on the island for an additional fee, and private boat rides to the house can be arranged. Please note that overnight docking is not permitted at the property. You can pre-order groceries, which will be packed for the boat at the local supermarket or for a fee your kitchen can be prestocked for your arrival (details provided after booking). While there is a small convenience store on the island, there are also three restaurants for your dining pleasure.
Golf Cart Included: One golf cart is included for your stay. We can secure a second cart for an additional charge (for licensed drivers only) for your convenience.
