Such a wonderful experience and amazing location!

Our wedding party hosted my fiance and I's joint bach party at Shea North Estates. There were 22 total guests and the size was more than perfect for our group! We absolutely loved our amenities at the house and had so much fun jumping from different activities in the back area. The house was located in a safe neighborhood and convenient drive to and from our day/night activities that were planned ahead. Also leading up to our getaway Robin and Natasha have been very responsive and attentive towards our questions we had. We hope to visit Scottsdale sometime again in the future and check out the other estates! Thanks so much for having us!

Spring break

Property has great potential with lots to do outdoors. Cleaning was not complete when we arrived with dirty and wet towels in the washer and drier and no one takes inventory to make sure everything is there and in working order. We spent hours resetting the internet and looking for remotes. Ice dropped through the freezer through a hole in the ice maker, one food bin is cracked and one shower wouldn’t turn on. Better instructions on how to use everything, e.g. how to get the hot tub hot would be helpful.

Perfect stay

We had such a great stay! The house had everything we needed and more for our large group. The amenities, especially the pool and the outdoor spaces made all the difference. The place was very clean, water pressure was amazing, and the beds were comfy. Robin and maintenance were very responsive if we needed anything at all. Highly recommend!!

Good for what we needed.

We had a group of couples and singles all ages from 21-57. Rooms were nice to accommodate both but I felt lost on bathroom set up. If you are looking at this here is the set up: Bed 1 is a master suite with a kid room (like a small closet type) off of it. Perfect for a family with small kids. 2 Bedrooms across the hall had 2 queen beds each and a bathroom at the end of the hall that would make sense to share. ANother bedroom was really an office type space with a king bed but next to the common area so not a lot of quiet/privacy but worked great. They shared the bathroom with Bed 2 and 3. Common area in the middle broke up the house into 2 sides. Small 1/2 bath here but no shower in this one. Other side of the house had 1 bed with 3 queens & another bedroom with all the bunk beds. One bath in this hallway to share. Last bedroom on that side had 2 queens with a private bath. Outside was fun and spacious and worked for the group. I would say a few improvements could be done. NO deal breakers, just a bit more attention to details. Loose faucets and towel racks. No hand soap in bathrooms. We had to go buy that. I also had to buy laundry detergent to do the towels at check out as they requested. This should be stocked in my opinion. No extra paper towels or dish rags. The fridge and freezer leaked the entire time and we had to keep a towel under it. Fridge took about 48 hours to cool down. Again, these are not deal breakers just good to know.

Amazing House with all the amenities

This place could not have been better! It has everything! Beach volleyball court, pickle ball court, putting green, pool, jacuzzi, pool table, outdoor TV, ping pong, corn hole, bocce ball, outdoor grill,...it was the PERFECT house to gather 16 of my closest friends for an unforgettable weekend. The communication with the host was great. Super easy check-in and check-out process, no issues with neighbors, it was everything we could have asked for in a rental house for an epic weekend. I highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back and stay here again. Thanks again for everything!

Good location with plenty of outdoor space and games

Lots of bedrooms and beds. The outdoor space is great for games and activities. The house was nice but we had A/C issues that were resolved by the owner within 48 hours. Fun place for large family gatherings.

This place is super cool. It has everything you could need . Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Parking is a bit of a headache if you have a large group but it’s totally worth it this space is nothing short of AMAZING! Robin was an awesome host!

Great Time

My friends and I had a great time at this property, the setup couldn't be more ideal for getting together with your people. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had everything you need on sight. Highly recommend this to anyone that needs a place that can sleep a lot of people, great location, and an awesome value.

Awesome place for a bigger group

We had a group of 30 people. One note with a group that size is that a lot of us did had to share the queen size beds to make 30 work. Overall really nice play for a big group and everyone had a great time. A few notes. Pool was good but needs to be treated every 48 hours to prevent cloudiness so ensure you request that from your host. Basketball hoop is 6 ft only and cannot adjust up any higher. Ping pong table should be replaced.

Worst Stay Ever

AC did not work in the middle of the desert. Host did not check this before hand and we were forced to sweat it out for 3 days ruining our bachelor party. She sent someone out who pretended to fix the problem but in fact did not. When contacted about having a partial refund she adamantly refused. She was very dismissive and rude throughout. If I could've given zero stars I would have.

The property is plenty large but it is dated and worn. It smelled like a few parties had been there. The property manager is highly responsive and helpful. The location is convenient to north Scottsdale. Probably best for large groups that are more comfortable with budget oriented quality.

Perfect Property!

This one of a kind property was perfect for our large group of 20. It is extremely rare to find a property this size for such a large group that still checks all the boxes and this one had everything that we needed. Zero issues or complaints, everything in the house worked the way it was supposed to, and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Scottsdale area.

The House was perfect for our family gathering… The outdoors was certainly the best part of the house , pool and all the amenities were great …. Indoors was perfect, as well comfortable , clean and really No complaints ( would make check out at 11.00, not 10.00)

Amazing property

We stayed at this property for a bachelor party and it was perfect. Lots of outdoor activities at the house, plenty of space for 17 people and super comfortable beds. Great location, just a 15 minute drive from old town. Management was super helpful and made everything easy. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay there again myself.

Perfect space for a large group!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and can't say enough good things about it! This is a great choice for a large group to stay at with plenty of space for everyone. The house is in a great location, not too far from the airport, Oldtown Scottsdale, and so many golf courses. We had a group of 10 people staying at this house for a golf trip. One of our favorite parts about the house was the large living area where we could all hang out together as a group. Some of us could be in the kitchen cooking, while others watched tv, and others enjoyed the pool table, but still all together. Plenty of bedroom space for everyone as well. And this house has everything- plenty of towels, pillows, linens, kitchen utensils, pots and pans... it lacks nothing and makes for a relaxing time! This house has the BEST outdoor area as well. A beautiful pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, putting green, yard games, etc. There is something for everyone to enjoy! And the grill was perfect for enjoying a dinner in. The other great thing about the property is their management. It was so easy to get ahold of them to ask questions or if we needed anything at all, they were quick to reply and made our stay go so well. They left clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We have no complaints at all, our stay went perfectly! This is the place to book!

Great Place and Host

Overall was a great stay. We had 9 people stay at the location that came in from all over the country. This was a business trip - not a social. Enough room for everyone to stay and we were able to have our mastermind meeting to discuss different challenges and objectives. Location was great and we were able to go to nearby restaurants as well as dinner on site for our group. We did have few issues that was handled promptly by the host. Thanks again!

Awesome family vacation home!

The property owner of this rental came to the rescue when our original VRBO booking was abruptly cancelled. The communication was instant and it allowed the family to avoid having to stay in a hotel for one night. The house has everything you could possibly need for a family getaway! It was super clean, the beds were all comfortable, and overall the house layout is fantastic. We highly recommend this rental!

This house is perfect for large gatherings!

This property was everything we wanted! It was perfect for our multi-generational group! The backyard is amazing with a pool, hot tub, sand volleyball and so so much more. We enjoyed great conversations around the large fire pit every evening! I would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful Massive Property 20min from Old Town

If you are looking for a beautiful spacious property for a large group (family & friends) book this rental. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable; plenty of towels as well. WHY 4 STARS INSTEAD OF 5. The biggest issue with this rental was the communication with the owner. If there was better communication and customer service, the below complaints would not be as big of an issue. Mind you, this was advertised as a luxury rental so my expectations were set reasonably high since it was over $7,000 for 3 nights (Sat-Tues). 15 guest stayed over but I booked the rental for 18 guest incase any friends/family came over. (Each additional guest has an extra charge) I paid in advance for the pool/hot tub to be heated the whole trip; from Sunday night through Monday day, the pool was cold. I notified the property manager (text), owner (text) and Direct Message via VRBO app, of this issue. The property manager said they would notify the owner, however I received no further update if they would fix the heating. So I called the owner, who was very short and rude with me (he sounded irritated) . I informed him that I never received a response regarding if the heating would be fix; he told me the maintenance person would come but could not provide me with an ETA. Then the owner HUNG UP ON ME! I am a paying guest who just wanted the amenities that I paid for, and they offered to provide, to work. The pool was eventually heated (4hrs after maintenance arrived). The hot tub also had some malfunctions because the touch pad is slightly broken, so if any water gets on the touch pad, the hot tub will not a work. The maintenance worker advised us that they were aware of this issue prior to our arrival. I never received a refund for the day of not having the pool/hot tub heated. Or any apology for the inconvenience. There was also an issue with heating with some of the showers; my family told me the water would be coId after a few minutes. We also could not get the ice machine on the fridge in the kitchen to work; which I saw was an issue for previous guest as well. In conclusion, this rental looks just as glorious and massive as it does in the photos. It was a perfect property to celebrate a birthday. There was just some minor set backs, as I mentioned above, that dampened the mood and added stress to the trip. I want to be honest and hope that the next guest that books this beautiful rental does not have the same experience as I did. Thank you!

One of the nicest properties that is less than 2 miles Scottsdale's most coveted shopping and dining area called Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Also 10 minutes to all Major Events. Much safer and more coveted area than old town 15-20 minutes away.
