This well-appointed Building 5 studio at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club comfortably hosts up to 4 guests with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, bathtub, Keurig-style coffee maker, and everything needed for a relaxed, memorable Gulf Coast getaway.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).



Property Update: Walkway and stairwell renovations in Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are now complete. Buildings 4 and 5 are still being upgraded — thank you for your patience during this time.



THE SPACE



This open-concept studio flows naturally from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with the screened eastern balcony as its most distinctive feature.



The living area features a queen sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV with cable, with full glass sliding doors opening onto the screened balcony and that unique Fish Trap Bay view. Morning coffee out there — watching the boats dock at Coconut Jack's — is a genuinely special way to start the day.



The sleeping area offers a king-size bed freshly made with provided linens, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a spacious walk-in closet to keep everyone's belongings organized throughout the stay.



The full bathroom is a standout for a studio — a combination bathtub and shower, perfect for a long soak after a full day in the sun. Bath and beach towels are included.



The kitchen is well-stocked for easy vacation cooking — refrigerator/freezer, full-size oven, microwave, compact dishwasher, a Keurig-style coffee maker, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances needed for comfortable meals in.
