We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July! The management team kept great communication from beginning to end, making everything easy and stress-free. The staff at the property made check in smooth and welcoming. The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to do. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Check in was very good. The condo was clean the kitchen could have been a little better equipped But overall it was good Fantastic location really near the beach Condos balcony was a lovely place to sit and watch the sun go down pool area good. Laundry facilities good Over all a pleasant stay

We had a great stay, lots of close by restaurants and the room was very nice! Also enjoyed the fireworks on new years from this unit perfect view

Condo was as listed and photos are accurate. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Best of all location is across the street from beach.

Location, location, location! 5 minute walk to beach. No worries about parking or traffic. Walk home for lunch or go to Doc’s Beach House. We also walked to the Fish House and Coconut Jacks for dinners. Busy road but the sidewalks are big and wide. Unit was exactly as described. Perfect size for a couple.

Towels were very old and scratchy. The toilet ran nonstop the entire stay. Floors had sand on them from the minute we walked in. Exterior painting and “courtyard / center of complex” gave a dirty, dingy vibe. Positive side, very close to beach. Easy entrance and exit.

Sharing thoughts/ideas after our stay here.First, the space/location are great, but it doesn’t feel like home away from home on a comfort level in some areas. The bedding/sheets along with pillows definitely need some work/updates. The pillows are not at all comfortable and the main quilt is a scratchy. The sheets felt rough and were not a good fit for the mattress. I’d throw an alternative down comforter on for that “luxury” feel and there are some great “hotel” style pillows on Amazon that would make for a good nights sleep. The bathroom needs a non slip rug or two instead of towels that can and did easily slip from under our feet. There is a broken shelf in the shower that needs replacing and for the ladies, some sort of bench or stool for shaving legs in the shower. The shower also needs recaulking as there is some water that leaks out. I suggest a utility rug for the inside of front door and a runner by the patio. It would help a ton with sand and being able to wipe shoes/feet off.We weren’t made aware of the construction happening either, which didn’t entirely affect us, but they did absolutely make a mess in the stairwell/railings with not much cleanup.I hope none of this feels like we hated the place because we absolutely don’t! We loved our stay and the beach was beautiful and having beach stuff/toys in the closet for us was great! The ocean water was perfection and the pools are great too!  Once the construction is done, this whole place will be stunning!

Everything about this place we liked but 2 things need to be addressed 1 cleaning people are not doing there job, the kitchen was a mess and we cleaned it 2 the hot water was warm at best

Not advised re construction on building next door. Very noisy. No teaspoons. Frying pan in bad shape. Good bed. Nice facilities

Christmas 2021

We enjoyed the area and the unit was amazing. Everything was clean and they even had beach towels and chairs we took to the beach. The beach restaurant had a great breakfast both mornings we were there and it is only a crosswalk away from the condo. We swam in the pools and enjoyed playing pickle ball. Thanks for the fun weekend.

So modern clean and perfect location, Residents in the building were helpful and pleasant. I will absolutely stay here again. All the amenities you can think of and more!

This Place did not disappoint!

The condo pictures were spot on! Beautiful place.. this condo was on the third floor and it was SUPER quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The keyless entry is a fantastic idea! Beach access was with in walking distance with a restaurant and bathroom ( inside the restaurant). You can rent chairs 6.50 each and an umbrella is $15 a day . ( I would recommend that you have beach chairs for the condo) because we like to explore other beaches in the area and they all do not have chair rentals….The management team (Tucker )checked on us twice. We really appreciated that.. All in all great experience!!!! We will be back!
