This unit is on the 3rd floor of building 3 which is the middle tower. This unit looks over the Gulf of Mexico.
This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.
There is an elevator in this building.
Beach access is right across the street.
Parking is free with a pass from the office.
This unit has a king bed and a sleeper sofa.
No Smoking allowed at any time.
Not included: beach umbrella, refill paper products and any consumable items.

Check in was very good. The condo was clean the kitchen could have been a little better equipped But overall it was good Fantastic location really near the beach Condos balcony was a lovely place to sit and watch the sun go down pool area good. Laundry facilities good Over all a pleasant stay

We had a great stay, lots of close by restaurants and the room was very nice! Also enjoyed the fireworks on new years from this unit perfect view

Location, location, location! 5 minute walk to beach. No worries about parking or traffic. Walk home for lunch or go to Doc’s Beach House. We also walked to the Fish House and Coconut Jacks for dinners. Busy road but the sidewalks are big and wide. Unit was exactly as described. Perfect size for a couple.

Everything about this place we liked but 2 things need to be addressed 1 cleaning people are not doing there job, the kitchen was a mess and we cleaned it 2 the hot water was warm at best

Christmas 2021

We enjoyed the area and the unit was amazing. Everything was clean and they even had beach towels and chairs we took to the beach. The beach restaurant had a great breakfast both mornings we were there and it is only a crosswalk away from the condo. We swam in the pools and enjoyed playing pickle ball. Thanks for the fun weekend.

So modern clean and perfect location, Residents in the building were helpful and pleasant. I will absolutely stay here again. All the amenities you can think of and more!

This Place did not disappoint!

The condo pictures were spot on! Beautiful place.. this condo was on the third floor and it was SUPER quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The keyless entry is a fantastic idea! Beach access was with in walking distance with a restaurant and bathroom ( inside the restaurant). You can rent chairs 6.50 each and an umbrella is $15 a day . ( I would recommend that you have beach chairs for the condo) because we like to explore other beaches in the area and they all do not have chair rentals….The management team (Tucker )checked on us twice. We really appreciated that.. All in all great experience!!!! We will be back!
