The in-unit stackable washer/dryer tucked into this bright, well-appointed 4th floor studio in Building 3 is a genuine rarity in the complex — and for guests staying more than a few days, it's a game changer. Pack lighter, stay longer, and never think twice about it.



With a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a retractable privacy partition, pool-view lanai, access to two heated pools and a kiddie pool, and the beach just across the street — this studio comfortably hosts up to 4 guests with more convenience built in than almost any other unit in the community.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).



Property Update: Walkway and stairwell renovations in Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are now complete. Buildings 4 and 5 are still being upgraded — thank you for your patience during this time.



THE SPACE



This cheerful, sun-filled 500 sq ft studio flows naturally from the full kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with a fully screened 4th floor balcony rounding out the layout.



The living area is comfortable and well-equipped — a queen sleeper sofa, a club chair, and a flat screen TV with cable, with full glass sliding doors opening onto the screened lanai. Step outside to find a pub-height table for 2, perfectly positioned for morning coffee or an evening drink overlooking one of the two community pools. The lanai doors can be opened for fresh air or closed for comfort in cooler months.



A retractable partition between the sleeping and living spaces gives guests the ability to create genuine privacy when needed — a thoughtful touch that makes sharing the studio much more comfortable for groups of 4.



Sleep soundly on a king-size bed with nightstands, a ceiling fan, and a spacious walk-in closet for the duration of your stay.



The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and — the standout of the unit — a stackable in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary for guest use throughout the stay.



The full kitchen is well-stocked with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery, with a table and chairs for 4 to complete the space.
