The property was nice, but Liquid Life will not help you if you have a problem. One of the highlights of staying here are the grills on the patio's. Liquid Life totally ignored our issue about the grill not working! They told us what we wanted to hear but did nothing! I told them that we needed a discount for the grill not working, because eating out everyday cost us an additional 150.00 per day. But Liquid Life was silent when I requested a discount! My advice would be to rent through someone other than Liquid Life!

Thank you for staying at Turquoise Place 808D. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I apologize the patio grill didn’t work and for the lack of follow-through from our team. That should have been handled more promptly. I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations and maintenance teams to investigate the grill, review the communications you received, and confirm our process for compensation when amenities fail. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or receipts for the additional dining costs so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

Great place to stay with young kids!!

We had a great experience with this property. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the whole property was very clean! The only small issue was the master bedroom tv was hard to figure out how to turn on, but we always eventually got it to work so it wasn't too big of a deal. My wife and I fell in love with the shower in the master bathroom- very nice with three different sprayers! I loved the tv in there so I could watch some football while in the shower too. We have 2 small kids and this was our first time at Turqoise Place. We will definitely be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was great. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Loved the easy access to the beach and the lazy river. Beautiful Condo- just need the hot tub to function as advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and would definitely stay here again.. IF the hot tub is working. Everything was perfect except the hot tub did not work. My boyfriend works out of the country, so our time is very limited. He came in for a quick visit. After searching several places and looking over the forecast that called for rain, the hot tub was the key feature that made me choose this condo over several beautiful ones at cheaper rates. I called maintenance the first day, and they came promptly. The next day, the response was sorry the part we need is in China, and it is out of our hands. If I had known that I would have chosen a different condo or complex. It was very frustrating to have paid for an amenity that was not available. Other than that, I have no complaints at all. The place was beautiful, management responded quickly. I would recommend this condo if all featured amenities were in working order. I would suggest management make sure everything is working before renting the condo. It was very misleading and disappointing.

Good not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived to clean rental with nice indoor furnishings and comfy beds. My kids quickly noticed the hot tub was not functioning. I immediately called and some one came out to look at it within at hour. I was told it needed a new part and would not be ready until for 3 days. Very frustrating as the main reason we booked unit was to have the private hot tub on cool spring evenings. 3 days later arrived and never heard from anyone about the hot tub until reaching out. I was then informed that it would not be available at all during our stay....Also, outdoor balcony furniture is in rough shape. Most of the chairs are falling in and you literally sit on a metal bar in the middle. One chair had screws sticking out and the middle had fallen all the way through. We usually eat all of our meals on balcony while at beach but could not this trip due to the condition of the furniture. Turquoise Place is a beautiful complex with great beach and amenities. I would just find a different unit.

Hi Pan, Thank you for the review. We take feedback very serious and want to make sure we address items that need improvement, so thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We do apologize, we checked the notes on your reservation and didn't see any reports about the hot water. The guest before your stay and after also did not report any issues either. We apologize, had we gotten any reports of any issues we could of sent someone out to take a look. The Home Owners Association at Turquoise Place sets all the pricing and rules for parking. We do apologize.

Awesome condo.....except

The condo was great, more than enough room for our family and friends. The stand-alone ice maker was not working when we arrived on Wednesday and someone was there that evening and back to fix it Thursday morning. The bathrooms, especially the master shower, had mold in the grout. This seems like an easy fix and very noticeable to the cleaning crew but looks so terrible to your visitors....Other than that we had a great stay, front desk crew at Turquoise are very nice and helpful.

Beautiful condo

Lovely condo with comfortable beds, stunning view of the gulf. Clean. Great shower in the master with good water pressure, and plenty of hot water. TV in master bath was a nice touch. Nice deck with varied lounge chairs, table, private hot tub, and grill. Fabulous amenities. Well-appointed gym. Covered parking. Fast elevators. The staff at Liquid Life was super friendly, as was the staff at the Turquoise.
