Beachwalk Breeze is a serene lakeside retreat, nestled on one of the most tranquil streets in Sandestin. The kitchen boasts lake views, stone countertops, and bar seating, perfect for entertaining. Relax in the spacious living area, which seamlessly flows into the back patio, where you can unwind while enjoying tranquil lake views. The neighborhood pool is seasonally heated.

This unit has TWO allotted parking spaces. Parking spaces are available at the property and throughout the neighborhood, but only two vehicles are allowed per reservation. No additional vehicles are permitted at the property. Any additional vehicles or unlawful parking will result in fines or towing, for which guests are responsible. No RVs, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed. This is strictly enforced.

Check-in and Check-Out times are strictly enforced, as our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for late checkout, as this prevents staff from completing their tasks and may disrupt the next guest’s vacation.

PET POLICY This property is dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs, each weighing under 50 lbs, provided they are well-trained. A $350 flat pet fee per dog, per stay applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dog(s) during their stay. Please note that if pets are not declared prior to booking, an additional non-refundable charge may apply. To avoid this, please ensure all pet details are shared before travel. Please inquire for any special circumstances or exceptions.

This home has Smart TVs for watching major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, etc.

The neighborhood pool is heated from March 1 to April 20, as well as during Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and New Year’s week.

The Beachwalk neighborhood is located within the private resort of Sandestin, featuring 24/7 gate security, beach access, shopping, restaurants, and more.

Spa-quality amenities are provided, including high-thread-count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, paper towels, shampoo, trash bags, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items as needed.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
