Two bedroom, two bath 1050. ft. oceanfront condo with a sandy beach with tiki huts, pool. On-site restaurant and bar next to the pool. Grill and picnic area, onsite laundry. Completely remodeled with new furniture and appliances. Everything that you need is here in the condo, just show up. With air conditioned bedrooms only. Five minutes to the Christiansted Boardwalk with many fine restaurants and lots of shopping. Snorkeling from the sandy bottom beach to the reef with lots of sea life. Fantastic snorkeling and scuba on The North Shore 25 minutes away. Cable TV and internet. 24 hour onsite gated security, wireless internet.

10 days in St. Croix

At first we were a bit disappointed about no ocean views from the patio. But this unit grew on us. Very convenient to both ends of the island. Loved the pool area and short walk to sugar beach. Everything we needed.

Great, Clean property that’s next to the beach. Very close to town and the boardwalk. Would definitely go here again!

Very adequate for our stay

Condo was very nice. Convenient location on the island central to be able to explore. Pool was very nice, condo well equipped. Perk to have a small restaurant on site. Enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed

Just a group of four that spent our time all over the island so we used the space for us to sleep and recover in the evening. This it was perfect for our needs

Very Nice

Overall a well maintained property right on the water. Nice that it is a gated community although the neighborhood is fine. Nice beach area and good snorkeling right off the beach.

Mill Harbor Condo

The condo was as we expected and in a great location for privacy but still close to the boardwalk. The property was really nice and the staff were amazing. We will definitely book this condo again if we return in the future!!

Such a great place to stay. Clean, safe and great communication from Greg. He Eve purchased a Keurig! Definitely recommend staying here!

110 Mill Harbour

We loved it, it looked like it had just been all updated (very nice choices). It was nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom at night. It was also an added bonus to have an onsite restaurant.

Great condo

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this large two bedroom condo! Clean, great kitchen and bedrooms. The property owner was very quick and responsive to all communications. I highly recommend booking if you're visiting the island.

A tranquil retreat to recharge the mind

The condo and location was ideal to get some long overdue R-n-R. The area was very quiet. The weather was perfect. The onsite restaurant was charming and the food was pretty good—the grill chicken and grill shrimp flatbread pizzas were awesome!

Good vacation

The condo wasn't fancy, but it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet area, the pool, the restaurant, relaxing under the tiki huts overlooking the ocean, and the beautiful tropical foliage surrounding the property. The only negative thing was the musty kitchen (all the dinnerware, flatware, cookware, and towels smelled very musty). Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the condo was good and since we had a car, we got to see many parts of the island. cleanliness could have been better. Large windows on lagoon were hard to open, had no screens and condo air felt closed in even with fans. Pool and grounds were clean and people friendly. Bathrooms & kitchen were recently renovated and ok. We enjoyed our stay but the general feeling was a bit run down. Owner was available by phone when we had a problem and staff helped out with the issue.

Girls Trip

The Condo was a great location for all of our activities. Greg was very responsive with answers to any questions we had and his place was perfect for what we needed. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure amazing.....then we were off on another adventure. Thanks Greg!

Mill Harbor

The property itself was good, although I did not know a lagoon view meant surrounded by water. There was no way to close the lagoon windows that I could find so that side of the condo was humid had a very musty smell, especially the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the fans and window air conditioners kept the house fairly cool. The pool was nice.

Spacious and comfortable unit! We were able to have some of our party walk from Christiansted, since the car didn't fit all the luggage. Ethical host informed us a few days before our booking that unexpected construction was taking place in the upstairs unit and offered us a full refund. Glad we didn't take the offer! They didn't start work until we were up and about for the day anyways.

Overall good. Fan in sitting area inop but floor fan helped. Replaced bulb in light over counter. Noticed there was a picture missing (only three but four hanging locations). Suggest new no- stick frying pans. The current two have been abused and really stick.

Pros and Cons

Likes: Views, friendly neighbors, location, pool, beach, parking. Dislikes: No Ac two window airs in bedrooms that didn't work, had to spend 500 of my vacation money for a stand alone ac to be able to stand staying there. dishwasher dont work had to do them by hand all week. most of my first day finding AC and setting it up. When you say air-conditioned unit that means hole unit to me. To hot to sleep well. Would i pick this place again, yes if there was a hole house AC system installed. MULTI HEAD MINISPLIT

This property is defintely, not a 9.6 rating. We arrived to be inudated with the mold and stuffiness smells. We got sick from the mold and dustiness of the place; we hardly stayed there. We tried to find another place, but all was booked, We have pictures of the non quality work of the place as well as as pictures of mold and dust. Host admitted to having mold back in 2019. IT does grow back. He also did not state that his place is right on the lagoon which is the main culprit, besides being closed up for too long and no dehuidifier or A/C running. This place was not even cleaned that well at all. The curtains had mold and clipped together with clothespins, The cushns and pillows had stains. We would not use 2 out of 3 of the ceiling fanms due to them being so dirty. The place stated totally renovated; the kitchen was nicer, i will give him credit for this. Way too expensive for this place Do your self a favor, do not rent from this Host
