Peridise Key Vacation Rental in Perdido Key, Florida is a very spacious home, situated on the bay directly across the street from the beach and is newly remodeled and full of upgrades. This is a single story 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom beach house with an outdoor shower. TWO MASTER BEDROOMS with ensuite bathrooms. It is a family friendly location that will sleep up to 10 guests in beds and in bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, & bunk rooms has1 Twin & 1 twin bed over double bunk bed). This rental comes fully furnished with: linens, towels, starter soap, detergent, toilet paper, & paper towels. There is not a daily cleaning service. Premium mattresses.
Outside Living: The spacious deck and dock include power and water, our beach house is located on the intracoastal waterways in the Perdido Key Coves subdivision which is completely surrounded by undeveloped state parks also known as Perdido Key State Park, connected to beautiful canals and just yards from the boardwalk to the never crowded white beaches of the Gulf. This beach home has one of the largest outdoor living area's complete with a 90’ dock making it the largest in the neighborhood. This will accommodate up to a 40' boat. This is a Boaters delight with plenty of boat parking with several tie up cleats. The dock includes dry parking for 1 Jetski allowing for quick access to the sand bars or breakfast, lunch, and dinner at: Tacky Jacks, FloraBama Yacht Club, Ole River Bar & Grill, Lulu's, & Pirates Cove just to name a few. Head down to the dock to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. The charcoal grill is located adjacent to the patio on the primary bedroom side. Backyard & front yard are well lit with automatic lighting.
There is a Pack n Play as well as a booster seat with tray for the little ones to eat on.
