Step into our tropical-inspired vacation home, styled with vibrant decor and vintage touches. The spacious living area offers plenty of seating—perfect for late-night chats, movie marathons, or snacking after a beach day.
Dining & Kitchen
Enjoy meals with a view! The dining area seats 4, with 2 more at the breakfast bar next to a large sunlit window. The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, a double sink, over-the-range microwave, and a pantry—ideal for whipping up anything from beach snacks to full meals.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with double shower heads, a walk-in shower, and a built-in bench.
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds and a flat-screen TV—perfect for kids or friends.
Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower and single sink for convenience.
Resort Amenities
Sunchase Beachfront Resort offers something for everyone. Kids can play in the large grassy yard while you relax on the private second-floor balcony. Enjoy the resort-style pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub—great for winding down after shopping, dining, or exploring the beach.

Rooming list and check-in verification required at least 24 hours before arrival.
A signed check-in agreement is also required.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
