It is unacceptable that it was left behind, and I am disappointed our team failed to retrieve it after you took the time to report it. I am following up with our staff to address this communication breakdown immediately. I am also sorry about the dirty pots you found; we will ensure our team is much more thorough in our pre-arrival inspections going forward. Regarding toiletries, our setup is intended as a "starter pack." However, I understand your frustration in finding the informational paper about management office restocks so late in your trip. We will update our welcome packet to make this information more visible so future guests don't make unnecessary store runs! We truly appreciate your understanding and helpful feedback.
